1 | nephillim offspring of fallen angels? | Gen 6:1 | Makarios | 35474
Dear Listener, The tallest man in the world had a mother and a father! Even Goliath had a place of origin (Gath) and fathered offspring. In no way are the Nephilim the product of a union between fallen angels and human women. A much better question to ask is: How do you come to the conclusion that fallen angels can procreate with women since demons are described as 'evil SPIRITS' (Matthew 8:16, 12:43-45, Mark 6:7), and angels of ANY order are not given in marriage to each other or to any created thing? (Matthew 22:30, Mark 12:25, Luke 20:35) Demons (or fallen angels) can possess an individual, but they themselves cannot procreate with another individual. Also, if demons (or fallen angels) could ever procreate with women, then how do you justify such an action, since demons are the adversaries of men? (Matthew 12:45) - Makarios |

2 | nephillim offspring of fallen angels? | Gen 6:1 | Love Fountain | 35636
Dear Makarios, If I am understanding what you are saying, then would this also apply to Gen 32:24-32, when Jacob wrestled with God and God made Jacob's thigh come out of joint? Based on what you are saying, does your belief also apply here because Scripture states that no man can look upon the face of God? Bless you, Love Fountain |

3 | nephillim offspring of fallen angels? | Gen 6:1 | Makarios | 35639
Greetings Love Fountain, I fail to see what Genesis 32:24-32 has to do with angels or fallen angels. I fail to see the connection between fallen angels and Jacob wrestling with God. Yes! Of course, the fact that fallen angels are spirits only and cannot procreate with human women applies here. Your question about the Scripture that states that no man can look upon the face of God is an entirely different question. Please use the Search function to find a wide variety of posts that deal with that question. Blessings to you, Makarios |

4 | nephillim offspring of fallen angels? | Gen 6:1 | Love Fountain | 35645
Dear Makarios, Based on what you had said, I am under the impression that you are saying angels or spiritual bodies only manifest themselves within a human flesh body. So, based upon this impression of what you are saying, this is why in Gen 18, that Abraham washed the feet of the Lord and the feet of two angels in Gen 18:3,4 is because they were in flesh bodies and this is also why they ate together under a tree in Gen 18:8? Is my impression of what you are saying regarding the physical and spiritual existence of angels correct? Bless you, Love Fountain |

5 | nephillim offspring of fallen angels? | Gen 6:1 | Makarios | 35648
Greetings Love Fountain, You have stated, "Based on what you had said, I am under the impression that you are saying angels or spiritual bodies only manifest themselves within a human flesh body." Just how did you come to that conclusion, might I ask? You have also stated, "So, based upon this impression of what you are saying, this is why in Gen 18, that Abraham washed the feet of the Lord and the feet of two angels in Gen 18:3,4 is because they were in flesh bodies and this is also why they ate together under a tree in Gen 18:8?" Not only are you jumping to an already ill-conceived conclusion, but I still fail to see how this has anything at all to do with fallen angels procreating with women. I fail to see any connection at all between the entire chapter of Genesis 18 and that of fallen angels. You closed by saying, "Is my impression of what you are saying regarding the physical and spiritual existence of angels correct?" No, your interpretation of my post is not a correct reflection of my post in any way, shape, or form. - Makarios |
