1 | DOES THE BIBLE TALK ABOUT DINOSAURS? | Gen 1:24 | BradK | 159152 | ||
Hi mrmethod, Some things are just not specifically mentioned in scripture. However, Genesis 1:24-25 reads: "Then God said, "Let the earth bring forth living creatures after their kind: cattle and creeping things and beasts of the earth after their kind"; and it was so. God made the beasts of the earth after their kind, and the cattle after their kind, and everything that creeps on the ground after its kind; and God saw that it was good." Job is the only biblical book to refer to what may have been dinosaurs (Hebrew “behemoth” and “Leviathan,” 40:15; 41:1). [Willmington's Bible handbook] I hope this helps, BradK |
