1 | why did God create the world | Gen 1:1 | Estee | 170810
I am so confused about that myself. God is all knowing, all powerful, all loving, so why would he allow pain and suffering. I know it says he gave us our own free will with choices, but why weren't the choices all good. We can choose to sin or to follow God's path. Why did he give us a choice of bad vs. good? I really need some input on this one. Someone told me it would be a very boring life if we didn't have choices, but God could have given us all good choices, not bad too. I need some help please!

God show us mercy as we do the wrong choices so His word of forgiveness and who He is can spread... 1Tim1:16. Some tribulations and trials will increase our faith and hope...Romans 5:3-5 I do believe we go thru trials so we can help others facing the same trial later. I do not recall the verse that says this right now. Also, God wants us to choose the coreect way but gives us a choice. He wants his children to love him and know his frgiveness. If we had only the right chioce all the timewe would be like robots. He created evil so we can appreciate the good. Look at the story of Job and how he rejoice after his trial was over. Plus Job had a deeper relationship with God at that time. Some of our trials can be used for witnessing. I have been thru 2 house burnings, as a result a soul got saved by the first fire and a lot of witnessing of God's protection is being done by the second fire. It is interesting to see how God works to firthuer HIS kingdom thru trials! |

We can help others after we have been through trails ourselves. 2 Cor. 1:3-5 3Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, 4 who comforts us in all our affliction so that we will be able to comfort those who are in any affliction with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. 5 For just as the sufferings of Christ are ours in abundance, so also our comfort is abundant through Christ. |
