God's day to you, Kwaku Abeiku, Psalm 86 is a prayer of David, based on the title. I am not sure when David wrote this. In verse 1 David says He is afflicted and needy. He makes 14 requests. David knows that God answers prayers (v 7) ... and David knows God is the one worthy (vv 8-13).
