In Psalm 110:1 "LORD" (all caps) is translated from the Hebrew word '"Jehovah (Strong's 03068), meaning "the existing One", the proper name of the one true God'. In that same verse the word "Lord" (caps and lower case) is translated from the Hebrew word "'adown" (Strong's 0113). It means "firm, strong, lord, master." In the King James Version it is translated as follows: lord 197, master(s) 105, Lord 31, owner 1, sir 1. |
