I also would like to add, if I may. In the case of David and Saul, David went and sought forgivenes of the Lord with all his heart. I don't recall scripture saying that about Saul. Isn't part of what makes us God's children is the desire to repent from our sin? And this is part of what made David a man's after God's own heart. I can not recall scripture sayint that about either Saul or Esau. | ||||||
