1 | Explain Matthew 21:33-44? | Matt 21:33 | seekingtruth | 97385
Can someone explain the parable in Matthew 21:33-44 or so? I've read this over and over and it might as well be written in a foreign language for how well I understand it. Thanks.
2 | Gospel Support? | 2 Tim 3:16 | seekingtruth | 92262
Now this I'll be able to use - I guess the problem is that I'm bending to the "Gospels only" request when such a request is irrational and wrong. It's the infallable word of God in its entirety... not just a truth here and there. Thanks.
3 | Only Gospels as Authority? | 2 Tim 3:16 | seekingtruth | 92261
You're both right - I suppose the reason I can't win this argument with logic is that it isn't being used on the other side. It's frustrating when the truth seems so obvious and others cannot see it.
4 | Gospel Support? | 2 Tim 3:16 | seekingtruth | 92233
I know this, but to use this answer, I'm using non-gospel quotations to support the use of non-gospel quotations. I just don't know it.
5 | Only Gospels as Authority? | Not Specified | seekingtruth | 92223
I've been asked a number of moral questions recently (specifically about homosexuality) and was told to only use the Gospels as support. The logic was that the "letters" may be colored by the views of the "author" (even admitting that the true Author was God, it was suggested that the human author's views would have gotten in there). Any suggestions on how to respond?
