1 | Can God see into the future? | Not Specified | rich-s | 222369 | ||
In Samuel 1 2:30 (NIV) it say God said "I promised that your house and your father's house would minister before me forever." Then because of the behavior of Eli's sons, He changes the bargain. My question is, if God knows everything that is going to happen, why would He repeately promise things in the Bible when He knew that He would take them back at some time in the future? If He is all knowing and all seeing, then why make a promise He knows He is going to reneg on in the future? |
