| I have been wrestling with Baptism of the Holy Spirit for some time now. I have been going to an AG church for some time now and had been raised in a SB church for all of my life. When I got to the church i attend now i heard for the first time ever about this seperate baptism. red flags went up right away. i decided to look into it and i have heard countless sermons and read many verses. to help me along on my journey of truth, can somebody hook me up with some scriptural advice?!? | ||||||

| What's up with prayer. I have just recently read Mathew 21:21,22/Jn 14:12-14/Mk 11:23. It seems that these verses talk of a limitless source. Yes, God is without limits, but where do you draw the line in petitioning God...your will, or His. I have always heard, "Lord Your will be done." After all even Jesus said it in the garden, but where do you draw the line in having faith that "anything" you ask for in prayer as long as it lines up with the Word of God you will have? It's a hard pill for me to swallow because it seems to appear that God just chills out and waits to answer what we ask Him...thanks...hope it's clear enough for you to answer | ||||||
