Thank you Makarios. But this still does not answer my question about the significance of the Horns of the Altar. Why did Adonijah take hold of the Horns of the Altar? Was'nt it enough for him to just be within the temple? Is binding the the festival sacrifice to the horns of the altar (Ps 118:27) symbolic of Jesus Christ? | ||||||

What is the significance of 'Horns of the Altar'? In 1Kin 1:15, Adonijah takes hold of the horns of the altar. In Psalms it is written - "Bind the sacrifice to the horns of the altar". Is there a connection to Jesus Christ and his death on the cross? | ||||||
