What does it mean to be born-again? I heard there are two types of baptism: one by water and one by the Holy Spirit. Is that true? And what's the difference? How does being filled by the Holy Spirit work?

3 | what man was born but never died | 2 Kin 2:11 | hyojinee | 168872
Hank: I should have clarified!!! I'm sorry. Of course Jesus died on the cross. I only meant that he had been resurrected and was in all sense of the word, "alive" when he ascended into heaven. To clarify, I meant that there are three places in the Bible in which God "took" people, versus "death" by Satan. Thank you for the clarification! |

4 | what man was born but never died | 2 Kin 2:11 | hyojinee | 168866
There are actually three places in the Bible where men were born but never died. In each case God took them alive. The first is Enoch in Genesis 5:24, the second is Elijah in 2 Kings 2:11 and the third is Jesus (of course!!!) in Acts 1:9. Hope that helps!
