1 | Why is life capitalized in Acts 5:20 | Acts 5:20 | hochimoe | 241369
Thanks, Doc. I have the same commentaries as you have and read them before I posted. I just thought there my be a footnote out there somewhere from Lockman on what the translators were thinking. NASB is a great translation. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. (Nas no capitalization) Blessings! |

2 | Why is life capitalized in Acts 5:20 | Not Specified | hochimoe | 241363
Acts 5:20 ends with the word life. NAS capitalizes it no other translation does. Is it because they believe it is a reference to Jesus? Ie. "...tell the whole message of this Life." actually means "...tell the whole message of Jesus."
