Just as God rested from his work of creation, you should stop your efforts to gain salvation by your own works and rest in the finished work of Christ Jesus.

Why do people use leviticus 18:22 to condemn homosexuals when Jesus was the end of that law...hence we can now eat pork and shrimp, wear clothes of 2 fabrics, and have sexual relations with our wives even during her period? Why is there a requirement to turn from homosexuality if the law is no longer valid, then is it still a sin? No other scripture condemns homosexuality, scripture only condemns specific homosexual behaviors (rape, temple prostitution, child molestation, etc). The bible is silent on monogamous homosexual relationships?

In this passage 1 corinthians is being taken out of context. Paul is not DECLARING in 6:12 That "Everything is permissible for me" - but not everything is beneficial. "Everything is permissible for me" - but I will not be mastered by anything...", he is simple stating what a common attitude of the corinthian church was, which he is attempting to correct. There is no declaration being made. Also 6:19-20 is speaking specifically about sexual immorality. Lets stop concentration on the fine line of sin, God gave us a conscience so he can make his changes in us when he is ready. Let just focus on his love and the amazing gift of salvation.
