5 | thanks | Ex 4:27 | copyrightpolice | 62286
Thanks EdB. That's what I was thinking. But I wonder if there is a bigger lesson here. What this speaks to me is this: I wonder if a lot of times, when God tell us to do something...we focus too much on how to do what God told us to do...instead we should just do it and leave the details up to God. just a thought.

Thanks for the answers Steve. I backed up a little further in Matthew than you did to give a complete context...I don't like taking verses out of context...I feel the vereses before the verses you listed are important to the context of Jesus' discussion. (I'm not saying you took it out of context) Your answers truely have shed new light on this for me. :) But I have to take the point of view that since we are not told exactly who Beelzebub is, that we can not be sure it is a name of Satan. I feel like he is one of the princes, strongmen, or lords under Satan. |

Matthew 12:22-28 refers to the prince of demons as "Beelzebub." Is this a name of Satan? (If so, please give verses) :)
10 | Do ALL demons have names? | Not Specified | copyrightpolice | 41761
In the Bible, certain angels have names...which leads one to believe (reading between the lines) that all angels have their own name. Demons are fallen angels and there is a verse in Matthew that refers to one of those demons by name. Do all demons have individual names? |
