dear justme once again you eminate the character of Jesus in your humility and humbleness in not wanting to take credit for any of what you said to me in your last post, in other words, if i am correct you are saying that you did nothing. Jesus also said in John 5v30 "i can of myself do nothing" in verse 19 he makes the same statment, yet you try telling the 5000 witnesses who ate and saw the marical of the 5 loaves and 2 fish that he did nothing mmmmm! You try telling those witnesses who were healed by pauls shadow and those that he laid hands on and were healed that he did nothing, I still give you aplause, and i understand that it is not you who has reached out to me but indeed it was the Lord, but you cannot tell me you did nothing, But check out this comment and then the scripture. Proverbs 27:2 Note, 1. We must do that which is commendable, for which even strangers may praise us. Our light must shine before men, and we must do good works that may be seen, though we must not do them on purpose that they may be seen. Let our own works be such as will praise us, even in the gates, Phil. 4:8. 2. When we have done it we must not commend ourselves, for that is an evidence of pride, folly, and self-love, and a great lessening to a man's reputation. Every one will be forward to run him down that cries himself up. There may be a just occasion for us to vindicate ourselves, but it does not become us to applaud ourselves. Proprio laus sordet in ore-- Self-praise defiles the mouth. from Matthew Henry's Commentary Prov 27:2 2 Let another man praise you, and not your own mouth; a stranger, and not your own lips. (NKJ) So you see this is what i am doing, i am praising you honoring you for being obediant to the Holy Spirit, for allowing the Holy Spirit to use you to speak the father heart of God to me. What im trying to say i guess is, thank you, thank you for being Jesus to me and other people, and i agree with you, the Bible is the only word of God, but any brother in Christ who speaks peace, love, compassion, gentelness, understanding, grace and hope, speaks the language and words of God and proverbs has this to say. Prov 25:11 11 A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in settings of silver. (NKJ) Proverbs 25:11-12 Instructive similes Solomon here shows how much it becomes a man, 1. To speak pertinently: A word upon the wheels, that runs well, is well-circumstanced, in proper time and place-- instruction, advice, or comfort, given seasonably, and in apt expressions, adapted to the case of the person spoken to and agreeing with the character of the person speaking-- is like golden balls resembling apples, or like true apples of a golden colour (golden rennets), or perhaps gilded, as sometimes we have gilded laurels, and those embossed in pictures of silver, or rather brought to table in a silver network basket, or in a silver box of that which we call filigree- work, through which the golden apples might be seen. Doubtless in was some ornament of the table, then well known. As that was very pleasing to the eye, so is a word fitly spoken to the ear. (from Matthew Henry's Commentary) So my dear justme i thank you once again for your Holy Spirit inspired words of wisdom and comfort. just some thing else that you may want to know, i dont know if i have mentioned it but my wife and i are assistant cell leaders and we are part of the healing team in our church, we have both been saved and having a relationship with Jesus for almost 3 years now, and God is doing a quik work in our lives as we RUN THE RACE to become more like his son Jesus. I do know however, that i have been called to evangelizem not just in my place of work but in and around Africa, i am just waiting for God to release me into full time ministry, but in the mean time i look, listen and learn until my appointed time comes. Justme any time you just want to talk to somebody about God,Jesus the Holy Spirit or just talk hay! i would be happy to comply. KYLE |

dear searcher in answer to your question about if i was the cause of the divorce? let me asure you if i was i would not be so eager to share on this page, but yes the answer to that statment is a great big NO. i thank you that you brought it to my attention that, "it is not up to me to decide if my spouse is or was a christian" once again i would not have mentioned this if i did not infact know the truth about my spouses commitment to Jesus, and again she said NO she was not yet saved.as i said we both doubted our salvation we did not think we were going to heaven when we died. thank you for the bible lesson. refering to your other statment "you will eventually find someone who will give you the answer you want" Well yes i have the answer, the written word of God I Jn 3:21 21 Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence toward God. (NKJ) i am confident that my marriag to my darling wife is a God blessed one, we have confidence towards God. thank you for your words of wisdom, as the scripture says, Prov 23:12 12 Apply your heart to instruction, and your ears to words of knowledge. (NKJ) Prov 24:6 6 For by wise counsel you will wage your own war, and in a multitude of counselors there is safety. (NKJ) God bless you, your church and your family your brother in Christ KYLE |

here is a little testimony about my relationship with my wife leading up to our marriage. we lived in sin for 3years(we lived together)during that time i was, drinking badly, smoking, doing drugs, sleeping around, using filthy language ext, ext. our lives where a mess, and no we were not serving Jesus we had both at a time said the sinners prayre, but if you had asked me or my wife "if you had to die now do you know for certain that you are going to heaven? we both would have answerd NO!" we both doubted our salvation. however there came a time when God "rocked the boat in our lives" as i put it, and i fell out the boat, my wife(girlfreind at the time) and i brock up and i had a week to get out the flat, just before the boat had been rocked though i was led by the calling of the Holy Spirit back to church, my life was hitting rock bottem with all the drugs, drinking, woman and so on. anyway within that week God opend a door for me at a christian commune and i got a job as well. now that i had moved out my now wife suddenly realised that this is not what she wanted and tried to get me to move back, but i wouldnt. i had God now, and i even used God as an excuse to not even want to be with her anymore.i guess i didnt want any thing to move me away from God again, i however had no idea how things were going to change in my life and that my decission to follow God was for good this time. i had to make a final dissision i could know longer serve God and the devil anymore. i stayed in the commune for 1year and during that time God restored my life to what he had wanted it to be he removed my addiction to drugs ,drinking ,smoking and i have not touched anything like that in two and a half years praise God. Gods love just sucked me in, my wife(then girlfreind) on the other hand was also having a serious relationship with the lord and she to made that all important decision to serve God with all her heart, soul, mind and strength. she excepted Jesus as her Lord and savior. now if you had to ask us, "if you die today do you know for sure that you are going to heaven" the answer would be a confident joyful and gratful "YES I AM", towards the end of the year we decided to get married, i must tell you though that not everyone agreed with this marriage, we did get married however. and we are both leaders in the church and God is blessing us daily, im not saying that everything is always going right we have our little moments but thank God im having a normal marriage, we dont expect our marraige to be perfect all the time, but we strive for perfection. we have done the biblical portrate of marriage course by Bruce Wilkinson, and we know what a responsibility we have towards one another and God to honour the promises that we made to one another, i would be a lieyer if i did not do what i promised i said i would do during our vows. My wife is secure in our marriage because she knows that i love her with all my heart, i do not look at her past to determine our future and nor does God, because God himself loves us to much to see us stay the same way he found us. oooh! thank you Father for your grace mercy and kindness shown to me and my wife, thank you that you have restored our lives and made them mean somthing again, thank you for my 4 step daughters who have seen the worst of me, (before i was saved) and have seen the best in me, that which is the Holy Spirit living in me. Thank you that i now set a new example to them thank you that they give me fathers day cards on fathers day, had you not changed my life i would never have been able to recieve this honore (as a father to four girls) that you and you alone Lord have blessed me with. there is so much to be greatful for do you all want to know some thing? IM MARRIED TO A DIVORCED WOMAN and God has blessed us with a good marriage and most of all he is in our marriage he is the third cord which cannot be easily brocken, he is the glue that holds us together, the old has gone the new has come. my marriage is a living and real life testimony of Gods goodness inspite of being married to a divorced woman. "And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.for whom He forknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren, Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified. now i would like to ask you knowing what you all now know. Am i commiting adultary for my marriage to a divorced woman? YOUR BROTHER IN CHRIST KYLE |

7 | are they commiting adultary | 1 Cor 7:15 | answers | 88507
dear Barb thank you for your in put. this whole story is actuarly quit confusing to me to, but if you go to "re-marriage yes or no" you will get the bigger picture, responding to your question was the persone saved or unsaved when this happend, i dont think so because know one can continue to sin when you Have the Lord Jesus in your life, i think she was lost, did not know the truth about salvation, her x husband went to church but mentaly abused her and did not live a Godly life at home he did not set a Godly example of who God really was and so she found it difficult to serve a man who said he had Jesus in his life and then verbuly abuse her for 20years.but the fact of the matter is she is saved now and understands what that means and also has a health fear of God.she is now re-married to a christian man who has a real relationship with the Lord Jesus, and this is his first time marraige, are they commiting adultary?.
8 | re-marraige yes or no | 1 Cor 7:15 | answers | 88506
if a persone had commited adultary and there is a divorce but not because of the adultary, the adultary had ended a few years earlyer they got divorced for other reasons , is the guilty persone who commited the adultary, although remember thats not why they got divorced because the husband of that perticular marriage never knew about the affair. they got divorced on other grounds but adultary had been commited never the less, is the guilty persone who commitid the adultary allowed to marry again?, this persone has since give there life to the Lord Jesus(past 3years saved) and is now infact re-married with a christian man who loves the Lord and has a wonderful relationship with his Father in heaven and they both are leaders in the church which they attend, and yes i am that lucky man to have a wife with a heart of gold and who loves me so dearly she has with the fear of God vowed never to make that mistake again ever in her life. now if i, a mere man believe her, because it is her past, wont God do the same and bless our marraige for ever?.
9 | is the vow brocken | 1 Cor 7:15 | answers | 88505
i would like to know , if someone had to have commited adultary in there marriage, and after a while told the partner and there was forgiveness, and acountability also played a part, and both husband and wife worked through the mess and things are back to normal again and God is still first in there lives and a lesson has been learned. is the covernant between husband and wife now brocken? and if so do they need to re-commit there lives to each other again by means of a vow, in other words do they need to get married again and re-commit there lives to each other and befor God promise to be fauithful to one another till death do them part, you know, like a back slidden christian who recommits his life to the Lord agian. or is a heart felt prayer with both husband and wife alone before God enough, as they together pray and re-commit there live before God almighty and make new and fresh vows?
