4 | Why do people like to accuse me? | Luke 6:37 | Vincent | 188953
"What you’ve got, if those are all the facts, is a real bad case of injustice and I feel sorry for your grief, we sure don’t live in a perfect world to say the least." Thanks, I appreciate that. I haven't told half of it. It made me very ill. "Why don’t you turn a bad situation, the injustice that come your way in to a good outcome and tell God that you are going to trust Jesus for your eternal life and cause it to be a blessing for you?" I will have to get away from certain people for it to work I think. "Again I’m sorry about the improper justice you received!" I don't expect to always get treated fairly. I just want to be left alone sometimes so that maybe I can restore my health. Vincent |

5 | Why do people like to accuse me? | Luke 6:37 | Vincent | 188939
"Sounds like you may be a bit disgruntled over a traffic incident…" They pulled me off the street with no valid legal basis, and then accused me on the property of the medical facility which I've attended for eight years due to medical disability. "So quit lashing out and complaining. Make your appearance in court; uphold your responsibility as a citizen and more importantly as a Christian. Stand in His grace, WOS" I'll make my appearance in court. But I'll cease attendance at the medical facility that I was stopped at. These police are little more than criminals who've broken the law before. "People love to point out the faults of others, it makes them feel superior (they don't realize that they could not see the fault in you if it was not in them as well). blessings in Jesus cheri" These police officers claim to fight against alcohol while using anabolic steroids. 6 | Why do people like to accuse me? | Luke 6:37 | Vincent | 188935
"Dear Vincent, Might you be a bit more specific? Who is accusing you of what?" The police entered onto the property of the medical facility where I've been treated for eight years, and randomly pulled my car onto the medical property. They wanted to see my driver's insurance card, but it was lost in my glovebox, so now I have to go to court. "Accusations never send a person to hell. Just like today, when a person is accused of breaking the law, the accusation does not condemn that person." Guilty until proven innocent. "The lost receive the just recompense for their sin when God sends them to hell. In Him, Doc" Then I'm going to hell for a traffic violation. "People may accuse you but they are not your judge nor do they send you to hell." I have to go before a judge, so people do in fact judge me. "God does not send you to hell either. It is your sins that condem you, and that is why we all need a saviour who will save his people. Read John3:17" Then I'm condemned. Vincent |

10 | Are Rapture and Apostasy the same thing? | 2 Thess 2:3 | Vincent | 187776
""Apostasia" could be a spatial departure, or it could be some other departure. For me, the context, theme, and Paul's mention that he had previously taught them about this all seem to point to this being the rapture. Love in Christ, Mark" Why doesn't the church generally teach this then? Vincent |

11 | Are Rapture and Apostasy the same thing? | 2 Thess 2:3 | Vincent | 187770
From ebrain: "What precisely does Paul mean when he says that "the falling away" (2:3) must come before the tribulation? The definite article "the" denotes that this will be a definite event, an event distinct from the appearance of the Man of Sin. The Greek word for "falling away", taken by itself, does not mean religious apostasy or defection. Neither does the word mean "to fall," as the Greeks have another word for that. [pipto, I fall; TDI] The best translation of the word is "to depart." The apostle Paul refers here to a definite event which he calls "the departure," and which will occur just before the start of the tribulation. This is the rapture of the church.[4] So the word has the core meaning of departure and it depends upon the context to determine whether it is used to mean physical departure or an abstract departure such as departure from the faith." So are the rapture and the apostasy of the church the same thing? Vincent |

12 | What is apostasy? | Not Specified | Vincent | 187488
What is apostasy? I personally believe that apostasy is when a person has come to a divine revelation but fails to act upon it. A person is exposed to the light of divine love and/or truth but may fail to 'act' upon such divine revelation. Perhaps nine out of ten people may fail to 'act' upon what has been revealed to them, thereby afterward falling back into darkness. When we 'act' upon the divine revelations that we recieve and continue to walk in them, we become 'locked' into the light. Am I correct in this? What is your perspective? Vince |

"It has been my experience that Unitarians are quite tolerant of absolutely anyone... except Bible-Believing Christians. :-) In Him, Doc" I've run into some groups like that. It makes me question their sincerity. Vince |

Well I certainly don't agree with the Unitarian Universalist belief system. I believe that we are all sinners and I believe in the biblical miracles. Would they tolerate a bible-believing Christian attending their services? Vince |
