2 | No second chance for willing sins | Heb 10:26 | Timoteoarao | 209426
Jesus died for our sins. There are sins for death and there are sins that are not for death.Usually we don´t know what we are doing; that is, what we are thinking, saying and doing. We are not conscious, that is, we don´t know what we are doing.Actually we are sleeping, spiritually speaking. We act like an automaic Pilot. On the Cross Jesus said:Father, forgive them, for they dont know what they are doing. But if we deliberately keep on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the Truth, no sacrifice for sins is left, but only a fearful expectation of Judgement and of raging fire that will consume the enemies of God(Hebrews 10:26 and 27)
3 | is jesus god? | John 1:1 | Timoteoarao | 209236
Yes, Jesus is God:«In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God(john 1:1)».And the Word(that was God) became flesh(john 1:14).This verse is well known.Let us see other verses that clearly say that Jesus is God.He will be called Immanuel, that is «God with us»Matthew 1:23.Let me say that God himself calls Jesus, O God.Nothing can convinces more than this fact.In Hebrew 1:8 and 9.To the Son He says:O God...There are other Scriptures to prove that Jesus is God.1 John 5:20.Reading this verse carefully can convince even the Jehovah Witnesses tha Jesus is the Son of God, yes;but ALSO God.To be faithfull to the text, in this verse Jesus is not only God, but TRUE GOD.We have not to add or substract to the Word of God.Finally In Isaiah 9:6...Jesus is the Mighty God and the Everlasting Father. We cannot comprehend. How can we comprehend?Once someone told me:«if you could comprehend God, He would stop being God».May YHWH richly bless you.
4 | What does it mean, Seed of Abraham? | Gen 21:12 | Timoteoarao | 209233
In Gen.21:12 one of the key words related to your question should be descendants and not the Seed. Therefore the descendants are the Seeds. But what you want to know is neither about the descendants or the seeds of Abraham.Your question is clearly about the Seed(descendant) of Abraham.I truly believe that Galatians 3:16 is the most perfect answer to your question.I prefere to interpret the Bible with the Bible.Let us read the Verse together and be blessed. It refers to Christ(the descendant or the Seed of Abraham).
5 | I see SOMEONE sitting on the THRONE. | Rev 4:1 | Timoteoarao | 208960
When I yearn for God. «As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, O God.My soul thirts for God, for the Living God.When Can I go and meet with God?(psalm 42:1-2).This yearning is often so deep; and when it reaches the pinnacle, I want to see God.But how at this moment? There is a way I always find suitable.I take Rev.4:1-11, where I see SOMEONE sitting on the THRONE.I can see HIS appearance.I see the THRONE, the 24 THRONES and the 24 elders.I watch what is happening from the THRONE.I see the 7 spirits of God.I can do this ONLY in spirit(Rev. 4:2).I watch the 4 living creatures and their EYES in front and in back.I see their wings covered with EYES all around, and listen to what they say day and night. Then I ponder on what the 24 elders do and say.I meditate on their WORSHIP.I see how they lay their CROWNS before the THRONE and say:«You are worthy our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things and by your WILL they were created and have their being» When I want to see God I watch Revelation 4. May God richly bless each one of you Timoteoarao |

10 | Can we conciliate Gen.1:27 with 2:7 ? | Not Specified | Timoteoarao | 208916
When I read Gen 1:26-28, I understand that it has nothing to do with Adam and Eve, because after the chapter 1 of Genesis there is another account. Genesis 2:7 says:«The Lord God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life and the man became a living being.» This man is Adam of course. Eve comes only in Chapter 2:22. So, Who are the male and female created in Gen 1:27? |

14 | Why was the thorn given | 2 Cor 12:7 | Timoteoarao | 208864
The thorn in the flesh being the messenger of Satan to torment Paul, so that he could not exalt himself because of the many revelations he received from above.I can personally related to that.Today I am more humble than before the thorn in the flesh.I do not think that our pride is easily abated because of the pain or suffering. It is always by the grace of God that our ego dies or is extinguished. In the past I was proud of my intelect; but today I don´t know what I really know. This conclusion is not only a philosophical statement. It is actually a perception of my limited knowledge of the reality.Satan is a proud man;but by the grace of God the very instruments of Satan work together for the high purposes of God.This is what happened to Paul and can happen also to us.
