4 | Should a pastor date a married woman | Ex 20:13 | The Criddler Frab | 69149 | ||
"short answer":no as the commandment states, thou shalt not commit adultery. "long answer":no, because eventhough jesus freed us from the old testament law, he held these commands sent down personally by his father with high regard. we are still held by that law in a sense. so it would be highly offensive to date a married woman who already has gven her heart to another. and if a pastor wants to date a commited woman, i would question if his focus was truly on god and not on his own ambitions. |
