5 | will i know loved ones in heaven??? | 2 Samuel | RSB | 75089
I believe we will Tricha. Read 2 Samuel 12:16-23. What GOD has shown me in this portion of HIS word is that not only will we know our loved one's who make it to heaven, but also David had the assurance that he himself knew he would be there. So,this passage also speaks of our eternal security. My wife lost her brother in a head on collision and was given a sense of comfort in the midst of her grief that when she enters into glory, she too will meet her dear brother and enjoy all of eternity with him. But of course being with the LORD is the first desire of her heart. If you have lost someone my heart goes out to you and my prayers to the FATHER through the LORD JESUS CHRIST. May GOD bless you this day with HIS tender mercies. RSB

7 | Internet to replace church? | Bible general Archive 1 | RSB | 74861
Thank You for reminding me of the prayer of Paul in Eph. I started out reading your answer and was thinking..."I knew someone would use that passage on me". But as I read on, I was humbled by your thoughts, and realized pride was creaping in. You talk of the many around the world who long to be with other believers, and the risks they take. I can only feel selfish when my church is but 3 miles down the road, and all I have to do is get in one of my 3 cars and go. I have so many bibles and, commentaries and, books full of sermons. "Not to mention bible software" It's amazing how I've taken all this for granted. Thank You again, and may God bless. Russ

9 | Internet to replace church? | Bible general Archive 1 | RSB | 74845
Hank, I agree that the internet cannot replace the church. I get allot out of it but by the same token it tends to be too easy, and at times can make one lazy to the point of thinking they don't need to attend a church. This is a confession. This is where I've been for months now. I know I belong back at my home church but just can't muster up the will. Could you give me some encouraging words? Outside of the Lord's conviction I do need a fellow believer to give me a nudge. The reason I did'nt suggest finding a church to Kaydulce is because I felt like a hypocrite. Russ
10 | Law, Curses, Resurrection, Regeneration | Matt 5:18 | RSB | 74844
These are very challenging questions. First of all I think you are going too far in combining the tithe and Jesus as being the fullfillment of the law. He fullfilled the law in that, He came as it was prophisied in the old testament.(see Luke 4:16-21. As far as tithing goes I would refer you to 2 Corinthians chapter 9. And to touch on the law, read Romans 3:20, and study that verse out. As to your second question I stand on Hebrews 13:5. Your third question I believe would derive from 1 Corinthians 15. look at verses 53-54, but read the whole chapter. As far as maintaining the same physical structure, I always refer to Matthew 17:1-4. I believe we will be recognizable in glory. and your fourth question. The bible tells us of the new heavens and new earth in Revelation 21. I do believe we will have accsess to this new earth. Or else why would He create it? Thanks for the challenge John. I hope I've helped. Praise the Lord for His word. He is the only reason we can speak of these things. Take care, And God bless. Russ
11 | When is abortion right? | Ex 21:23 | RSB | 74828
Never. The Lord Jesus Christ loves children in a special way, and they are drawn to Him be cause of His gentle love for them. See Matthew 19:13-14. If He decides to take them home at such a young age that's His desicion, and we learn to accept that through faith in Him. See 2 Samuel 12:13-23. If you are thinking of it please don't do it. I may be way off base in assuming that. Forgive me if that is so. God bless
12 | Is our life on earth one of probation? | Matt 25:13 | RSB | 74822
Your user name answers you're question. 2 Corinthians 5:17. Also see Romans 8:1,There is therfore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. You would do well by studing the whole of Romans 8. God bless.
