Thank you for backing up my point that just because it doesn't turn him on now, does not mean that it can't. I was lookig for 1The 5:22 "Abstain from all appearance of evil" the other day but had a hard time finding it. Thank you for helping me.

I got into an argument with my boyfriend the other day about watching movies with nudity in it. He owns a few movies where there is only about 1 or two scenes with nudity. I told him that this makes me feel uncomfortable because even though it does not "turn him on" (he told me it doesn't and I believe him) he is still putting those images into his head. I brought up Colossians 3:2 "set your minds on things above, not on earthly things." He still argues that if these scenes are not turning him on then there is nothing wrong with him watching them. But I know that if we get married and I become his wife, there is no way I would ever want him to see another womans naked body. Whether it turns him on or not, it makes me uncomfortable, and out of love for me (or his wife one day) he should naturally want to stop his actions that are making his wife uncomfortable. I told him this and he brought up the issue of controlling one another. He said that he wont let his wife control him because she has a problem. I said it is not a matter of controlling but a matter of me going to him and telling him something that is hurting me and me trusting that his response will be loving and wanting to help me. Am I wrong or is he wrong or what? I really need help with this. Am I taking the bible out of context? Help me please! Thank you
