2 | When was the book o f Joel written ? | Amos | Mylwa | 7320
When was the book of Joel written because all the time I was thinking it was written before the exile in 586 BC. The NIV says it was writtten between 835-796 BC. The NKJV says in 805 BC. But now I hear some say it was written in the postexilic period 500-350 BC. I am confused really. Can I get a correct picture on this book of Joel? |

4 | Where is "paradise" in Luke 23:43 | Luke 23:43 | Mylwa | 6820
Dear Dana,You have asked a very good question. Yes Jesus did not return to Heaven until 40 days after his resurrection. ( Acts 1:11 ) To answer your question, Paradise is in Hades, which is divided into two sections. One is Paradise and the other is Tatarus. When Lazarus died his soul went to Paradise, whereas the soul of the rich man went to Tatarus. Actually Hades is the abode of the dead. So when Jesus and the thief died they went to Paradise which is in Hades. But please note here that Hades is not Hell. We go either to Heaven or Hell only after resurrecton and judgemnet. |
