It is hard to tell, previous to the incident Jesus had sailed across the lake and arrived at the Country of the gard a renes, which is near galilee, this is where he cured the man known as legion. I cannot figure out if he went back accross the Lake or stayed, if we new where He was when He cured the Lady in Luke 43 would we be able to establish if She was a jew?. John.
3 | using the word "whole" to emphasise | Luke 8:48 | Johnny45 | 116168
The word Whole appears 242 times in th KJV, I looked up the one,s in the New Testament, and some times the word is used as it is in the story of the Women in Luke. Each time it makes one feel the same way, that to be given the grace of Jesus in person, was a wonderfull thing to happen. John.
4 | using the word "whole" to emphasise | Luke 8:48 | Johnny45 | 116142
In the KJV Jesus says to the women, "And He said unto her, Daughter, be of good comfort: thy faith hath made thee Whole; go in Peace." I would like opinions please, do you think the use of the word "Whole" is far better than others words that have substituted it.To me the word whole is, everything, altogether,a rounding of what Christ meant.
