	Hello jpj! Throughout the books of 1 and 2 Kings there are a lot of changes in power. There are 7 good kings of Judah out of the 17. Asa (910-870) ruled 80 years, Jehoshaphat (872-848) ruled 24 years, Amaziah (824)ruled only 1 year, Azariah or Uzziah (792-763) ruled 29 years, Jothan (750-735) ruled 15 years, Hezekiah (718-686) ruled 32 years, and Josiah (640-609) ruled 33 years. I am not sure of their ages, however. There were only two good kings of Israel: Ahaziah (853-852) ruled only one year, and Jehu (841-814) ruled 27 years. I hoped this helped you. 	Of the twelve tribes of Israel, is the tribe of Ephraim the other half of the half tribe of Manassah? In Chronicles 7:14, the tribe of Manassah picks up at Manassah's descendent Asriel. In Chronicles 5:24, one of the heads of the family of Manassah is named Azriel. Are they the same person? If so, then wouldn't that make the two tribes both descending from the line of Joseph (there is not a tribe named after Joseph)? Thank you for all of your help.

	I have figured out that Joshua is the son of Nun and comes from the tribe of Ephraim, but the details in between are fuzzy. I can't seem to make sense of the geneology from Shuthelah to Rephah. Please help me figure out exactly where Joshua came from! Thanks!
