1 | no smoking but alcohol and drugs ok? | Is 44:1 | Bojo2 | 114237
My tongue was planted firmly in my cheek when making this post. My point was "How can anyone with the sense of a goose envisage any possible way in which to "smoke, drink, snort, shoot up" can bring him closer to Christ?" I'm sorry for the confusion.
2 | no smoking but alcohol and drugs ok? | Is 44:1 | Bojo2 | 114183
As long as your action doesn't make you wander from Jesus and the Gospel, it's all okay. By that I mean, if getting drunk causes you to sin, it's not okay. I've never seen a person lose focus of Jesus because of cigarettes. I have seen many people wander because of alcohol and other mind altering drugs. With that being said - Jesus not only drank wine, but made it. I think it all comes down to, are you gloryifing Christ with these actions? Does it bring you closer to Christ? If it does then smoke, drink, snort, shoot up! If it makes you lose your values, you should not be doing it. |
