	The church is lead by men who do not have the Holy Spirit, who think that going to seminary is what qualifies them to teach others about God. They are not annointed by the Holy Spirit, Which is necessary to know and serve God. They rely on thier intellect to create sermons for the church and thier own commitment to be obedient. Without the Holy Spirit, you cannot worship God acceptabley, that's why it says they that they that worship God worship in spirit and in truth. It also is written that the kingdom of God is not in words but in power. When the request for power is made, people say many falsely modest things like, oh- Love is more important than miracle working to explain away thier unbelief in Gods power, because not having the Holy Spirit, they don't even begin to know how to acquire it. We are arrogant to think serving God by our own willpower, rather than through the enablement of the Holy Spirit is satisfactory. So we are satisfied that regular church going and praise and doing good things to the less fortunate and constant Bible study is what will lead us to the kingdom of heaven. They do not seize hold of the promises of God for power to heal, raise the dead, speak in tongues, and generally do greater things than Christ. They ignore the standard Christ set, and are content with seeking God through study, but not seeking to gain His Holy Spirit. This is why the church has no power. We should have love and power. In fact, it is impossible to love adequately if you do not have power to help the people you love. So the power of God is necessary to have and Christians should stop dismissing it with explanations like- oh, God no longer does miracles these days, or it is not God's will for someone to be cured of some disease. God does not benefit from the death of mere men, and after Christs death, we are to be freed of all bondages, so it is falsehood to say that God isn't willing for someone to be healed. It is time so called leaders try to lead people to get the Holy Spirit, instead of going on and on and rephrasing the same teachings in the Bible year in and year out, not seing any transformation or power in the members themselves. It is good for the people of God to have Power. Some people warn that it is leading people astray to rely on signs and wonders, not love and obedience. Moses did wonders against the magicians in Herods court. Anyone who claims to represent God, must have the power of God, which comes from the Holy Spirit. It is just excuse making to be content with serving God by our own human potential.

	Not sure if this response is in regards to the posting i made on 9/6 about having dreams about GOd. The passage you quoted about 'these last days' has a contextual relevance. It was an apostle who wrote that, in Hebrews, someone who existed at the time Christ was in the flesh. SO of course during those times, Christ who is the word of God, was source of God's revelation, because He is the perfect expression of The Word of God. Anyway, that same Christ says that it is the Holy Spirit that will come later to reveal all things to believers, including knowledge of Him. Also see ephesians 1:17. You are not supposed to be taught from preachers over and over, who contrive things from the limited resource of human intellect, not powerful revelation from God. They teach the same things over and over, principles the unsaved will understand but not be able to practice, and that the saved already have outgrown. It is time for Growth in God, which is caused by having the HOly Spirit, not from hearing sermons. Christ did what He saw the Father do, Who dwelt in Him, and Christ said He and the Father will make thier abode in the believer, to bring the believer to all knowledge. It is time to believe in the power of God, and my dreams and revelations show are evidence of what it said in the scriptures should happen to they that have the Holy Spirit.

	I am admonished by the Spirit of God to be mindful of what I write here. Since I testify of the Spirit of God, I must not say anything that will cause others to speak ill of that Holy Spirit that has annointed me. Bill is the only one that gets the point of my original post, that the Holy Spirit is available now to give Revelation and power and eternal life to the saved!. The rest of you chose to digress to making acusations about my character, which reveal the shortcomming of you the accusers. Not believing what i said is possible, you conclude I am decieved, and trying to elevate myself. Just like the pharisees accused Christ of blasphemy when He testified about knowing God, they not believing that to be possible attacked Him. So what if i brag about being in contact with the God of the universe. That is truly something that is amazing . God alone is worthy to be boasted of. You who call yourselves Christians should know that power and eternal life and heaven is now. Christ said he went to the Father so he could send the Spirit to transform us, intercede for us to God, that we might be able to do greater works than even He did. 'He', raised the dead, walked on water, healed the sick, had eternal life in Him, delivered people from bondage of satan. We are expected to do this and more, by enabling of the Holy Spirit. But we forsake this, settling instead for a lower standard of holiness, which consists in disciplined church going. we also believe the dilligence of this human searching is tantamount to 'worship' . The truth is w/o the Holy Spirit, it is not possible to worship God. We believe that dilligent 'christianity' will be rewarded by entering heaven 'after we die'. The truth is, if you have the Holy Spirit, not only do you not die, but you are led to the Kingdom of Heaven within you now!. You are imbued with power and grow from glory to glory now. Then there are others who say, it is not about having power but love. But the love they speak of here is a mere human striving to will and do good to others. The Love as enabled by the Holy Spirit, is the Essence of God, manifest in the saved, it's a refreshing, restoring 'Power' that transforms all things to the glory of God. It is why when you touched Christ you healed. That Love is not mere desire, but the restoring Essence of GOd. Without the Holy Spirit, that Love is not possible to manifest, NOlan Keck. It is written, 'NO one can say 'Jesus is Lord' except by the Spirit', 'They that worship God, worship in SPirit and in truth' 'praise is beautiful in the mouth of the Holy'. These things mean that without the Holy Spirit, even our 'worship' is not acceptable to God. The so called 'sacrifice of praise' people sing, is a mere use of words to try and persuade God, which is futile w/o the sanctifiying of the Holy Spirit. It amounts to nothing more than attempt at flattery. It does not cause you to be blessed to merely speak well of God, even though you feel good, and are sincere about it. When the annointed say 'Praise God',it is from the revelation of God's magnificence that the Holy Spirit gives to them. That 'worship' is in spirit and in truth. The speech of the annointed also has spiritual impact, it causes the Holy Spirit to manifest, make the environment Holy. Like God did not accept sacrifice from anyone in the old days but the annointed priests, so the worship of those that are not annointed do not have impact. Without the Holy Spirit, you are not a member of the body of Christ, even if you attend church dilligently and sincerely. YOu can also not be of any good to the body, to edify it with advanced mysteries, heal them, free them from death and hell. YOur so called 'membership', 'fellowship' and 'service' is just in human terms, and to human emotional or physical needs, Steve and Nolan. If i have provoked you people, It is well that i should. You should all be wondering why it is you do not have the gifts of the Holy Spirit, and are not growing in power and knowledge and virtue like Christ who is our example did. The Holy Spirit is what grafts you to Christ, so that you bear fruit., ie prophecy, eternal life, power to heal, Holy transforming Love.It's not optional. Some also believe they are saved by 'relying on the sacrifice of Christ'.Christ sacrifice was so that He could be the Final Sacrifice, and have power to intercede for you. But you are not in Christ by believing in the power of His sacrifice, but by recieving His Holy Spirit in you to sanctify you. The prophets of old died before Christ was sacrificed, yet they entered heaven anyway b/c they were sanctified by GOd. Seek the annointing. Fast, call upon the Name of the Lord. Charis, the Name is Yaweh. Bill, you are right, eternal life is now, and so is power and revelation and acess to heaven now, by the Holy SPirit.This is the true good news and the power of the gospel that should be preached.
