Genesis 4:2 Again, she gave birth to his brother Abel. And Abel was a keeper of flocks, but Cain was a tiller of the ground.

However now thinking about it and even though the Bible doesn't say, it must have been Adam since someone had to watch the sheep until Abel grew up.
