Iron was not forged (smelted) until 1500 BC. How could Tubal-cain be a forger of iron?
2 Not possible Gen 4:22 Scribe 85846
I am not following you. It is evident in archaelogical findings that "metal" was worked with before 1500BC. Maybe the use of the word Forged is causing a misunderstanding. I believe that there are more than enough findings of metal that was heated and worked with or beaten into shapes before 1500BC. I don't think you can read more into the word Forged than is there. If we have an idea of such a word being a particular type of system of working with metal that was perfected later, that is not a proper definition of the word forged.
The exact methods of how he worked with metal are not give, this word simply means he worked metal into useful things.
