Reading6:52-59 to drink his blood and to eat his flesh.this means to me,his blood gives eternal life and his flesh is true spirit. Also reading 6:66-66 and John7:37-39 I don't know what given life is and quickened. I think that given life is to drink his blood and to eat his flesh. Quickened by the Holy Spirit means that you don't believe in the words of Jesus and his Father. Hope I'm understanding. Sometime I understand but it's hard to put into words. I'm going back to reading my verses. |

In John6:22-66 Reading this ,if I am understanding,I believe the people were confused because they were scared and didn't trust Jesus,he was there for them all the time. I'm having a hard time understanding.Jesus had conversations with all the people, one conversation wasI told you that you have seen me and you do not believe, another conversation was Amen I say to you he who believes in me has life everlasting. verse 47, also in John 6:52-59 verse 52 he has conversation about, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of man and drink his blood you don't have life in yourself, also in verse 65 he talks about no one can come to me unless it is given to him by my Father. This is a hard chapter to understand. Thanks |
