Yours is not a matter of suing someone over a money matter, I'm not a legal expert, however when your LIFE is in danger call the police, get a restraining order against that person, no one has the right to threaten, harass or anything else that could bring you harm, We have the right to defend the Temple of God. That's my conviction. I pray that God watch and keep you and give you peace of mind. NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST YOU SHALL NOT PROSPER! God Bless You! |

162 | Angelic Coflict and purpose for creation | Heb 2:7 | heisthe1 | 36465
The book of Hebrews was written for the Jews who had accepted Jesus as Messiah. They were in danger of slipping back into the traditions of Judaism because they had not put down the roots in the soil of Christianity. The author of Hebrews is unknown but we do know that God inspired him, just as He has inspired the authors of the other books of the bible. The book of Hebrews appeals to the Greek mind as well as the Jewish mind. The Greeks saw everything on earth as the shadow cast by what was real, so they were always searching for reality. Hebrews prsents Jesus as reality. The Jews were searching for a way to approach God because historically they had felt too unholy to approach Him. Hebrews presents Jesus as the approach. Chapter 2 is the Humanity of Christ. v.6 Christ visited us when He became man. v.7 Refers to: man was made lower than the angels, but was put over God's creations. v.8 Man forfeited the earth to satan and now creation is not subject to man. Isa. 43:5,6 God predicts the regathering of the Jewish people to Israel. v.7 The word "bara" translanted "created", from the Hebrews means "something created out of nothing. v.10,11 God is declaring there is no other God but Himself and no other god is to come. Yes my friend, God created us to have an relationship with Him and to Love Him, but God also wanted us to dominate the earth, ALL of his creation. Gods Blessings! |

164 | All of the above? | Heb 11:39 | heisthe1 | 43367
In the Name of Jesus, We are living in a time and generation when living by faith is no longer an option, but a requirement. With what is happening is the world from wars and rumors of wars, natural calamities, diseases, pestilence, and entire nations going bankrupt seemingly overnight..nothing is more important than learning to walk by faith. Jesus Himself even made the statement,"..Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall He find faith on earth?" (Luke 18:8).KJV "I am come that they (you) might have life, and that they (you might have it more abundantly" (John 10:10)KJV. And the way we do it is by faith! In the Book of Hebrews, it tells us what faith is. "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen" (Hebrews 11:1) The "not seen" means that it is not perceived by the five physical senses. You can't see faith, nor feel it, nor taste it, smell it, or hear it. It's like s "sixth sense," and I don't mean that in an occult kind of way. What I'm saying is that it exists, but it exists outside of our normal five physical senses. Just as your body needs the five senses to do things and feed information to the brain about what's going on in this natural physical world, your spirit on inner man uses faith to do things and to relay information about the spiritual or unseen world, and to bring what belongs to you out of that invisible realm back into your life. God's Blessings |

165 | All of the above? | Heb 11:39 | heisthe1 | 43460
Charis, I agree that "Christians of every generation have always needed to walk in faith." I mentioned that faith is like a "sixth sense", you can't see faith, nor feel, taste, smell or hear it, it exists outside of our normal five physical senses. God designed us, the believers, to live (or function) by faith. In the Old Testament, the prophet wrote, "..the just shall live by his faith" (Habbakuk 2:4.) What this doesn't mean Charis, is that we only use our faith when we have a big problem or in cases of an emergency. No! Faith is not to be used that way. It is to be used every day, constantly, and used in every area of your life, from prayer, to marriage, to money matters, to getting relatives saved, or whatever. God wants us to manifest His abundant life in the earth, the life that Jesus spoke about when he said, "..I am come that they (you) might have life, and that they (you) might have it more abundantly" (John 10:10). And the way we do it is by faith! Now do we pursue the fruit of the Spirit, or are you saying that we live by the Spirit? The fruit of the Spirit is in us, they will manifest. As opposed to living as mentioned in Galatians 5:19-21. Hebrews 11:39, We have even more reason to have faith than these heroes, of the faith. Even though they showed faith, they never saw the promise in the same way that we do, on this side of the Cross. They could not be made complete until the work of Jesus; the looked forward to Jesus and His work, we look at it from behind. May the Lord continue to bless you richly! |

Well, Praise the Lord anyway! You are not a poor angel, you're an rich child of the King and as a child of the King you are a leader. Let your life be an example to your husband. As you continue to mature in the Lord he will eventually begin to seek what you have going on in your life. With God all things are possible! 169 | Mt 4:1 spiritual meaning of wilderness | 1 Pet 2:2 | heisthe1 | 42370
Greetings, you are not too clear as to your question "how do we grow" so I'll give what I have on growth. The Word of God is necessary for the growth of the Christian. We should all desire the pure milk of the Word, even though Paul rebukes the Corinthians for being able to only receive milk (1Cor. 3:1-2), the Christian should never tire of the simple truths of the gospel simply presented. "To drink the milk of the word is to taste again and again what He is like, for in hearing of the Lord's Words believers experience the joy of personal fellowship with the Lord himself". However, to grow by the word, we must receive it with a cerain attitude of heart - laying aside all malice, guile, hypocrisy, envy, and all evil speaking - a humble, honest, heart, one willing to do what the Word of God says. God bless you as you grow. |

170 | How can God let us go through pain? | 1 Pet 2:24 | heisthe1 | 42781
Greetings, I pray that your friends parents are saved, Jesus not only died for our sins, but for our pain and sufferings. There are some that would say that we need to suffer, but God says in His Word in 1 Peter 2:24b that by His stripes we were healed. The lying devil will twist all of what God has for us, but we serve a Good God, a God who loves us and care for us, that doesn't sound like a God who wants to hurt us. We should be mad at the devil, he is the one who comes to steal, kill and destroy! The last verse in Psalms 23 says that surely GOODNESS and mercy shall follow me ALL the days of my life. Is pain and sorrow real, you bet they are, but so is the Word of God. God is still healing people, delivering people from addictions and setting people free from the clutches of sin through His Son Jesus. The preaching of the cross to them who are perishing is foolishness, but unto us who are saved, it is the Power of God, 1Corinthians 1:18. There is a process here, being saved and then being healed. This is only a short answer to long question, but I believe God wants to and will heal your friend parents through Jesus, for the Honor and Glory of our God. With God all things are possibe, Matthew 19:26. God bless you as you bring the good news. |

Que pasa hermano Those were some great scritures and I'm sure they back up your doctrine (suffering doctrine), but as I mentioned before, I don't believe in it. Lets face it you and some of the other brother's on this forum, you know who you are, the one's who write long enticing words and patting each other's back convincing only yourselves of your (sound) doctrines, but there are many other brother's and sister's who believe that God is still moving in people's lives with healing, deliverance from demonic forces, baptism in the Holy Spirit with evidence of speaking in tounges, laying on of hands, etc. you know what I'm speaking of. Bottom line is this, if you don't want all that God wants to offer, then great, I do. There is nothing wrong in disagreeing, can we agree on that! My name is written in the book of Life... You have something against what I just said, take it up with our God, please don't winne. So nice taking to you, got to go to the front line (where the battle is fought) hope to see you there. God bless you and I pray that God will move in your life in a mighty way. Por que Christo es la Vida! |

173 | How can God let us go through pain? | 1 Pet 2:24 | heisthe1 | 43137
Emmaus I don't believe in the suffering doctrine that you are refering to! Lets take a look at just what the "suffering doctrine" is about: The suffering doctrine has these basic suppositions: Since suffering happens and since God runs and controls everything--then suffering is either authored by God or allowed by God. If God authors or allows suffering it must be: . as the punishment (loving correction, discipline of His children, . so that He can have opportunities to demostrate His faithfulness to us in hard times, . so we in turn can demonstrate our trust in Him is spite of adverse circumstances or . to test our free will and make a way for us to grow spiritually. If God is NOT the author of the suffering then He still allows it as a natural result of our tenure in "the devil's world" where he is its author. Therefor, if we suffer, it must be Gods will that we suffer and: . We should be content with the assurance that God (through His GRACE) will help us get through it. . We should be content with the assurance that God will NEVER ask us to bear any burden which we are unable to bear (even if it KILLS us). . We should be content with the assurance that our suffering WILL end when we DIE (As opposed to the unbeliever whose suffering will never end) This doctrine--as doctrines go--SOUNDS very "religious," lofty, perhaps even pious. But I contend that it falls into a "unique" category of doctrines- "the doctrines of demons." The subtle danger of this doctrine is twofold First is places the believer in a state of non-resistance to the Devil and his darkness, and second, it places the blame (whether called that or not) (directly or indirectly) on God. The fruits of this teaching have been-among others: . pemature death . unnecessary suffering . the belief that God has dropped, left, abandoned of forsaken the person. . loss of faith . living in hypocrisy, (ie., believing a sickness is God's will, yet seeking to be rid of it medically). The primary error of the teaching-is in the primary supposition itself! The supposition that God is running, controlling everything-which is simply not true. God the Father is on His throne in Heaven, Jesus is seated there at His right hand and the Holy Spirit is here with us on earth. The functions of the Holy Spirit are, among others, that of comforter, counselor, teacher, reminder, spokesman, provider of power and giver of divine gifts. The Father and Jesus have ALREADY done- All they are going to do until Jesus returns and gathers His saints. The Father-sent his only begotten Son-to redeem us from the curse of the law. And, the Father-sowed His singular seed (Jesus) into the earth for the express purpose of producing and harvesting an abundant crop of sons of God! Sons that look like, act like and talk like Jesus! Jesus-came here, lived a sinless life, destroyed the works of the Devil wherever he found them and produced good works in their place. He taught and trained students to teach others to be-just like Him. He voluntarily and systematically took upon His own body the full curse of EVERY sin, sickness, disease, dysfunction, perversion and pain, paying the FULL and FINAL penalty FOR us. He did this by taking it upon his body-carrying it all to the cross of Calvary where He became the Atonement for us, by shedding His own blood and dying FOR us, and thereby redeeming us from the curse of the law. Then according to plan, He was buried, and after three days, having defeated the Devil, the Father resurrected Him from the dead. After this HE gave His followers last minute instructions. First to go and wait for the pouring out of the Holy Spirit and second, told them that once they received the Holy Spirit and power, to go into all nation-teaching, preaching, healing-and baptizing those that believe. Then He told them that those that did believe, and were baptized, would-speak in tongues, not be hurt by deadly things, cast out demons in Jesus' name and heal by the laying on of their hands-just as the other followers of Jesus did. Jesus set up an ongoing system to train and equip believers-to continue to: act as Jesus did, say what Jesus said and do what Jesus did. The Father sent the Holy Spirit with the same power and the same gifts that He had provided for Jesus in the earth. Jesus after His resurrection, proclaimed-"ALL AUTHORITY HAS BEEN GIVEN TO ME!" And then turned around and said that we were to have the same dominion and authority-by the power of attorney-of His Name! The Name of Jesus! What I am saying-is that God the Father delegated running of things here on earth-to Jesus! And that Jesus delegated running of things here on earth-TO US! So, who is supposed to be running things here on Earth? WE ARE! How about that thorn in Paul's side?!! Thanks for your response, God Bless |

174 | Do you have to be baptized to be saved? | 1 Pet 3:21 | heisthe1 | 33169
NO. You don't have to be baptized to be saved! And I don't want to sound funny here, but unless you're hanging on a tree next to Jesus you don't have to get baptized, however if you want to be obidient and bury that old nature and old understanding (by being batptized) and walk in the Spirit, this is how we begin to "walk by faith, not by sight", 2Cor. 5:7. So the question is, why wouldn't anybody not want to be baptized? Psalms 1:1 Gods blessings
175 | How do u see drugs? | 2 Pet 2:21 | heisthe1 | 34388
I see drugs as a destroyer of life and death of the soul! I once also held on to the opinion you have, but like the word of God says, "That the preaching of the cross to them that are perishing is foolishness" sound familiar? but it goes on to say, " but unto US who saved, it is the POWER of God, 1Corinthians1:18! There is a big difference in your belief. God wants us to "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding: In ALL of your ways acknowledge him, and he WILL make your paths straight, Proverbs 3:5,6. You say you an atheist, but you believe "GOD" made cannabis, well what is it, either you do or you don't believe in God? Lets be real here, our nation and our families are faced with a real problem with drugs, it is an escape from reality, and I believe you know that also, and you probably know people who have suffered from the use of drugs, right? Do you see a future in drugs now that you see the consequences of its use? Lets face it alcohol is a drug and so is cannabis or MARIJUANA! besides being illegal do you want to minumize WEED because it doesn't compare to the hard drugs, come on! Drugs are Drugs, period. God made poison ivy, I don't see nobody smoking that, I'm not trying to be funny, but you asked for our "attitudes" on drugs and I hope I gave you a clear point of view from a person who was hooked on drugs and alcohol for over forty years, until one day someone told me how much God LOVED me, yes me a man who strggled through life holding on to a belief that was killing me, and he also told me how Jesus his only Son came to save me and he could change my life around, all I had to do was to invite him IN, and from that day on Jesus became not only my Savior but my best Friend. He invites you also, because HE really LOVE you too. I invite you to make the best decision of your life, just say, "Jesus come into my heart and forgive me of my sins, I give you my life, thank you for being the savior of my life". I pray that you will continue in his Love. Respond back if I can be of any help or support to you. God Bless You |

Tell your friend to read Genesis to Revelation. She will discover that God has always wanted to establish a relationship with man (ok, women too). God wants us to trust in the Creator, not his creation (palm). Are you a Christian? How about that psychic friend? 1John4:1 reads, Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God. It would do you well to do some testing, or how about getting some Christian friends. Jesus Loves You. Let me hear from you! |

177 | psychic palmist scripture | 1 John 4:1 | heisthe1 | 34860
Liza What I'm saying is this, the gift from God is eternal life through his Son Jesus. He wants to set our lives in order or rearrange it so our life will be a glory to him, in order for him to that somethings must go! He says in His Word that he will never leave us nor forsake us, now this tells me he is very much concerned about our lives and wants to give us the desires of our hearts, in the correct manner. He wants to give us understanding about life, let me ask you, how many palm readers do you know that is willing to lay their life down for you? No matter how many times we've tried to make heads or tails out of this life so we can come out on top we always fall short! Trust in HIM and he'll direct your path. We are to test the spirits to see if they are from God, read the rest of that chapter. Not everyone who says they are Christians are being led or obedient to his calling. Yes, I will come into agreement with you and pray with you that you may have the understanding and truth that WE all need. God Bless you, MY sister and God now prosper you in all of you doings. Reply soon Your brother, because we have the same FATHER! Never forget, He Is The 1 |

178 | What gospel does he preach? | 1 John 4:1 | heisthe1 | 35095
Gal 1:6, does and has never implied or refer to the deception of satan bringing another gospel! What this scpriture is applying to is, Paul was amazed that they were deserting, or returning to the Judaizers, "in living by the law of Moses". If there WAS another gospel, "but how can you discount the Christ's Grace" why would you go back to it! And finally verse 7 says, "which is really NO gospel at all. Liza, always and never forget Jesus is the answer for your life. There's a lot of name slinging going on, but believe me you"re in good hands with OUR Lord, let him continue to strecth your faith and HE you fill your heart with the knowledge of him. Your Brother, God blessings to you. |

Hello, 1 John 4: 3-4 v.3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of anti-christ, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. v.4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, that he that is is the world. Your fiance has made a true statement, you don't have to go to church. But how will he grow in the things of God. God has a purpose and a destiny for every believer. John 3:16, For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish, BUT have eternal Life. The word of God also states, "let every man be a liar, but let God be true. There is some things of the world that people don't want to let go. However with God everything is possible, God loves your fiance and He will do everything possible to turn your fiance in the direction he needs to walk in. Heavenly Father, I pray for this family, that your will, will be done. you are a God of order and you are bringing families together for your honor and glory. I pray for your Love and understanding, your guidance, health and protection in their lives. Thank you that you hear and answer, In the Name of Jesus I pray, AMEN! God bless you, and be expecting for God to move in your life in a mighty way. |
