101 | meaning of numbers in the bible | NT general Archive 1 | casiv | 21863
Hello Searcher, I think you are right. When you see 66 it doesn't always mean idol worship, we must read what is all around and see if other numbers are near to formulate biblical mathematics. As it says in Isa 28:10 For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept: line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:, I believe this states the right way to study the Bible. 66 is idol worship and Dan 3:1 proves this. You cannot multiply because you would not be grammarically correct. The verse says," Height was threescore cubits and the breadth thereof six cubits. The word "and" confirms you are to add not multiply or anything else for that matter.See definiton: And - used as a function word to indicate connection or addition esp. of items within the same class or type; used to join sentence elements of the same grammatical rank or function. The object of Dan 3 is the image of gold and the subject is the worship of the image(the command to worship vs.1-6; the obedience vs.7; the accusation of the three vs.8-12; the command to worship again vs. 13-15; the refusal vs. 16-18; and the condemnation vs.19-30), all these pertain to idol worship. One way I believe to apply biblical mathematics and the way to arrive at idol worship is to take each number separately. An equation is not only an answer but has elements to equate. 60 represents pride, which is what Nebuchadnezzar had in his image and 6 represents weakness of man, evils of satan and manifestation of sin which I believe made people worship his image. These I believe equate to idol worship which is represented by the number 66, but because the numbers are in the same sentence connected with "and" I believe the numbers to be one sum of 66 in a grammatic sense of understanding. Regarding Gen 46:26 I believe the object is all the souls that came with Jacob, which represents the 12 tribes of Israel and the subject is going into Egypt. I believe Egypt is the capitol of idol worship, they have a god for just about everything and I believe verse 26 of Gen 46 states this by declaring the subject as going into Egypt. But I do not think this verse stands alone. Verse 27 starts with the word "And" showing in addition to and concludes by saying,"all the souls of the house of Jacob which came into Egypt were threescore and ten which equals 70. This in my opinion means 66 total "came into" and 4(3 souls in verse 27 and 1 soul in Num.26:59) born and in Egypt, for a total of both to be 70. So in biblical mathematics I believe the intrepretation is after (66)idol worship there will be (4)a new creation of the world which will see (70) Universality,Israel and Her Restoration. This is supported by the massoretic text and is my belief. Continued.................................... |

Continued....Before getting into Lev. 12:5, I think it is important to remember the book of Leviticus is in relation to worship. In my opinion which supported by the massoretic text Lev. 12:1-5 are ordinances for child bearing. I believe Lev. 12:5 is a great example of where biblical mathematics may be applied. "If she bear a maid child, then she shall be unclean 2 weeks(14 days deliverance or salvation) and she shall continue in the blood of her purifying threescore and six(66-idol worship). Because these two numbers are given within the same sentence and the word "and" means in addition, I believe we are to address these numbers as one which would be 80. Since 80 itself as a whole, is not supported, that I've seen, in the scripture, this gives us (70) Universality;Israel and Her Restoration and (10)Testimony, Law, Responsibilty. I believe in order to translate this through biblical mathematics we need the rest of the equation and thus only have half which is feminine(maid child). I believe we must also look at the man child. Lev 12:2 If a woman have conceived seed, and born a man child: then she shall be unclean seven(7)days. Lev 12:4"And she shall then continue in the blood of her purifying three and thirty days,(33). Thus we now have (7) completeness, spiritual, perfection and (33) promise. Before we can put it all together, I believe we must account for Lev. 12:3 "And in the eighth(8 is new birth, new creation or new beginnings) day the flesh of his foreskin shall be circumsised. I believe to complete the man child we have 7 and 33 and 8 which equals 48(45 is preservation and 3 is resurrection, divine completenss and perfection). I believe we must add the man child to the maid child for full understanding because 2 are better than one(Ecc 4:9) and they shall be one(Gen 2:24) and one is Unity which I believe is Love with the Father as the One. When we add the man and the maid we come to 128 which is in biblical mathematics is broken into two numbers, (120) Divine Period of Probation and (8) New Birth, New Creation or New Beginnings. Put in the simplicity which is in Christ and I believe you have a Divine Period of Probation for man and woman to be followed by a New Birth, New Creation or New Beginning. Rgarding Judges 7:16, you have referneced the number 2 with this verse but number 2 is not indicated here at all. Yes there is a division of men but I believe we are talking about biblical mathematics(numbers) not actions. In biblical mathematics I believe we have Gosd telling Gideon in Judges 7:16 to divide 300 men into 3 companies of 100 if done equally which I believe would be the case because 100 represents Gods election of grace; Children of promise. This makes sense to me because God did choose the men. However, I believe we must reference Judges 7:7 to fully appreciate what the 300 men represent. Jud 7:7 where God says to Gideon,:By the three hundred men that lapped I will save you," and to truly understand we must go to biblical mathematics.300 as a whole is not supported in scripture so I believe what we do is spply the highest numbers until we get to 300. They are 200(insufficiency) and 100(gods Election of grace; Children of promise). continued...... |

Continued........So what we have is insufficiency of God's election of grace;children of promise, promised to (Jud 7:7)"save Gideon and deliver the Midianites into thine hand:" but this may seem wrong, God's election insufficient?. How could this be we ask ouself? But as we continue to read on through to Judges 8:33 we find that the men elected by God were insufficient and were only to aid Gideon because when Gideon died, "the Children(men) of Israel turned again, and went whoring after Baalim, and made Baal-berith their god." I believe by understanding biblical mathematics a reader of understanding knew a whole chapter ahead that those 300 men elected by God were insufficient but served their purpose in the over all plan of God. Regarding bullinger being wrong about Gen 1:6-8 I believe he is not and you have not proved otherwise. Thanks for the opportunity to share what I believe is the way to apply biblical mathematics to prove the Word true. Also, what do you think about the letters of the Hebrew and Greek alphabets which each have a numerical value to each letter? Peace, Casiv |

EdB, Please remind me who I am credible to? Is God's longsuffering seen as weakness? Then why is my time frame to answer a problem? No I do not think I am God. I believe the only thing convoluted is the way you keep attempting to make me a problem, by provoking and mocking. You are bearing false witness EdB against what I have written. Where did I say "A little if this doesn't work? A little it is not an exact science but we will offer it as such?" Not my words, yours. You have been answered regarding the mark, by me and praisemaster, if you don't understand then it may not be time for you to understand. In my opinion you are playing a game, and for this I am sad. I have seen your answers all around the forum and with me you seem to playing not so smart. EdB, if you don't hear the thunder before the lightning then my friend its all over and you will have the millenium too. |

EdB, I said the number 80 is not supported in scripture as the whole number 80. You have to look at a chart of biblical numbers and use 70 plus 10 which equals 80. Sorry, if I wasn't clear. I don't think you are stupid and your are not. I hope this helps. You can take the mark in your hand or in your forehead, do you agree with this? I believe if you work with your hands to build or partake in the New World Order this is a physical mark. I also believe if you contribute with your mind to build the New World Order this is a mental mark. Ultimately it all goes to the mind, to make a choice to participate or not to participate and is much more than an ideology as stated by praisemaster, using my name by mistake. I think it would really help you to go back to the original thread and print out the answers and read them very slowly your answers are there. I hope this helps as I have answered to you the best I can on the mark at this time. EdB what do you do for work? Thank you for your kindness, patience and love you have shown me.Peace, Casiv |

Hi Nolan, I am sorry you feel this way. I appreciate your opinion but I wish you would not respond to this because in my opinion you are denying something written by the Father which is very important. I believe the numbers prove the word true. If you want to take the numbers at face value that is your perogative. The Father is perfect and so are His numbers and in my opinion they have meaning to Him. I appreciate your academics but the Father has said in His letter what He will do to the wisdom of this world. If the numbers are not important then what would it have mattered if He made the world in 20 days or if he made man the 4th day? By saying numbers only have a face value I feel you are saying it wouldn't matter if the ark was 34 cubits by 22 cubits by 345 cubits. The Father is perfect and so is His word and numbers which are there in my opinion to further our understanding. If you want to disagree that is your choice but please disagree and move on. You know what I believe and unless you can prove with scripture where it says the numbers are not important please respect my opinion. Thanks in Jesus, Casiv |

EdB, thanks for your participation. I'm not sure you read slowly because you have answered so quickly. For your answers please get a book on biblical mathematics by Vallowe, he might speak a language you understand, I have tried my best perhaps you should move on at this time. I know you are an intelligent man and perhaps you should ask someone who is intelligent. Goodluck on your path. Peace,Casiv
108 | Is is right to call money a seed? | NT general Archive 1 | casiv | 21924
Hello, The Bible says that money is the root of all evil. I think the parable that prayon was talking about is the parable of the sower and it is not about money. In my opinion if you want to call money a seed then perhaps the seed may be a seed of evil, since the root of all evil is money. What do you think? I would say preachers have no Biblical right at all to call money a seed, but this is my opinion and I would stay clear of beggars asking for your money. I believe if they teach the word they will be taken care of and will not have to ask for money. Hope this helps. Peace,Casiv |

Thanks for the correction Steve you are right. I always think about Jesus in Luke 20:22-25. I always have thought money to be evil for the things it makes people do to abtain it. Money seems to promote greed, envy, power, and jealousy. Of course there are those who earn lots honestly, I hope. Thanks again, Casiv |

Hi Ray, Thanks for introducing me to Theomatics. It is my opinion that it is another money making scheme. thanks anyway. Perhaps you may be interested Biblical Mathematics I heard there is a book by a guy named Vallowe, but I have not read it. What do you think about biblical mathematics? Have you read the follow up I wrote to searcher today? It is an example I believe is the way to apply biblical mathematics to the text for understanding. Thanks for your concern about following men. Gal 6:7 - Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. Gal 6:8 - For he that soweth to the flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption: but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. John 4:23 - But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship Him. John 4:24 - God is Spirit: and they that worship Him must worship him in spirit and in truth." 2Thes 3:9 - Not because we have not power, but to make ourselves an ensample unto you to follow us. 2Thes 3:10 - For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat. 2Thes 3:11 - For we hear that there are some which walk among you disorderly, working not at all, but are busybodies. 2Thes 3:12 - Now them that are such we command and exhort by our Lord Jesus Christ, that with quietness they work, and eat their own bread. 2Thes 3:13 - But ye brethren, be not weary in well doing. 2Thes 3:14 - And if any man obey not our word by this epistle, note that man, and have no company with him, that he may be ashamed. 2Thes 3:15 - Yet count him not as an enemy, but admonish him as a brother. Brother Ed we all make our own choices and have freewill to do so, I gave you a choice and you have made it yourself. Perhaps this is a reason for the true millenium to be a thousand years. I hope someday you will make a different choice. Peace in Faith and Hope, Casiv |

Hello Nolan, Thanks for your response, but your answer shows your lack of understanding in regards to what Timothy was entrusted. Hello Bob Y, Thanks for your response. Steve already corrected me on "Love" and it appears you want to correct me on "all kinds". I have looked at many different translations, which I will list some below, but what I think is the right way to test the translations and/or transliterations is to let scripture interpret scripture and study words into their original languages. NKJV - For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, NASB - For the love of money is a root of all sorts of evil, ASV - For the love of money is a root af all kinds of evil, NIV - For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, NLT - For the love of money is at the root of all kinds of evil, And then: RSV - For the love of money is the root of all evils, Websters - For the love of money is the root of all evil, Young's - for a root of all the evils is the love of money Darby's - For the love of money is(the) root of every evil AV - For the love of money is the root of all evil I believe "all evil" is the right translation because: Luke 16:13 - No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other: or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon." mammon in the Strongs is Greek 3126 - mammonas; of Chald. or (confidence, i.e. fig, wealth, personified); mammonas, i.e. avarice(deified):-mammon avarice(websters dictionary)- excessive or insatiable desire for wealth or gain: greediness, cupidity deify(Websters Dict.)-\vt-fied- (1)(a) to make a god of (b) to take an object of worship (2) to glorify as supreme worth Ezekiel 28:1-10 will tell you about the type of man, who in history was Ithobalus II (Heb.-'ethbaal) which I believe is symbolic of the false prophet of Rev 16:13 and of Rev 13:5-10. Then, if you read Ezekiel 28:11-19, which I believe is a supernatural being addressed, you have a symbolic description of the dragon in Rev. 16:13 and the dragon of Rev 13:11-18. He whom the "prince of Tyre" was only a type; He who was using that "prince" as one of his agents to secure the world power(The Beast system of Rev 13:1-4 and the beast of Rev16:13). He is not a mere "man" as "the prince of Tyre"(see Eze 28:9) His description (Eze 28:12-17) is superterrestrial, and superhuman, and can refer to no other than satan himself. I agree with you that it is a shame what pastors do regarding money and seeds as if they have something to do witheach other, but I disagree with the versions that say the love of money is the root of all "kinds of" evil because I believe scripture clearly supports that satan and his greed which is seen in jealousy, envy, and power are all caused by the love of money which I believe is the ROOT of ALL evil, which I believe marks satans trail in the world. Peace in Faith and Hope, Casiv |

Support.........Good answer! While I was reading your response I couldn't help think about when Jesus is separating the goats from the sheep in Matt 25:32-46 that the righteous were unaware of their good deeds. Matt 25:34 - Then shall the King say unto them on His right hand, "Come ye blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: Matt 25:35 - For I was an hungered, and ye gave Me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took Me in: Matt 25:36 - Naked, and ye clothed Me: I was sick, and ye visited Me: I was in prison, and ye came unto Me." Matt 25:37 - Then shall the righteous answer Him, saying, "Lord, when saw we Thee an hungred, and fed Thee? or thirsty, and gave Thee drink? Matt 25:38 - When saw we Thee a stranger, and took Thee in? or naked, and clothed Thee? Matt 25:39 - Or when saw we Thee sick, or in prison, and came unto Thee? Matt 25:40 - And the King shall answer and say unto them,"Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these My brethren, ye have done it unto Me." They give in Love without need or want of reward! Thanks for taking me there with your answer! Peace, Casiv |

Nolan, I believe you like to laugh, lets see if this works? Ignoring your original question and focusing on only the numbers you answered to yourself, the total of numbers 1 through 19 including the first and last is 190. In biblical mathematics the correct way to equate the meaning would be: 153 is Fruit Bearing and 37 is The Word of God And you listed 19 numbers and 19 is Faith. Interpreted, I would say keep your eye on the world around you and you will see fruit bearing through The Word of God by those who have Faith. By the way don't take this wrong, I have been married for ten years, but if I had a computer and stayed on it all the time when I was single it would have been hard to meet eligible cuties into Jesus. Take it or leave it, just my words as food for thought because two are better than one. Your question is interesting. Peace in Faith and Hope, Casiv |

Hello, Thanks for the support! Nolan is right you have hit the nail right on the head. The translators of the Bibles which say "all kinds of evil" in 1Tim 6:10 have done so to fit their doctrines which clearly are not accurate as I have shown with scripture. Not my own words, with what I know is the right way to test translations and/or transliterations by letting scripture interpret scripture through the Fathers Word. Thanks for your opinions I do agree somewhat. What I humbly don't agree with is that it is neither learning nor presumption but a sincere heart that will lead you into understanding and being healed as Jesus said in Matt 13. Peace in Faith and Hope, Casiv The Law of Retaliation Matt 5:38 - Ye have heard that it hath been said, "An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth:" Matt 5:39 - But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also. Matt 5:40 - And if any man will sue thee at the law, and take away thy coat, let him have thy cloke also. Matt 5:41 - And whosoever shall compel thee to go a mile, go with him twain. Matt 5:42 - Give to him that asketh thee, and from him that would borrow of thee turn not thou away. Matt 5:43 - Ye have heard that it hath been said, "Thou shalt love thy neighbor,"and " hate thine enemy." Matt 5:44 - But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; Matt 5:45 - That ye may be the children of your Father Which is in heaven; for He maketh His sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. Matt 5:46 - For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same? Matt 5:47 - And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so? Matt 5:48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father Which is in heaven is perfect. |

Hello, You ask: Question - "How you test translations?" Answer - that I believe is right. 2 Timothy 2:15 - Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. Question - "How you interpret scripture?" Answer - I believe if you can't say it is written then it's not an answer. Matt 4:4,4:6,4:10 - in all these verses Jesus, who was not tempted, ashamed nor deceived answered with,"it is written." Peace in Faith and Hope, Casiv Matt 22:36 - "Master, which is the great commandment in the law?" Matt 22:37 - Jesus said unto him, "Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. Matt 22:38 - This is the first and great commandment. Matt 22:39 - And the second is like unto it, "Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. Matt 22:40 - On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets. |

Nolan, You judge me, now you call me a liar, you mock me and for this I forgive you. A child of the Living Father is what I am and we all make our own beds to lay in. You want to condemn me and put me on the scale which you don't even understand. I am here and you are there. The Bible I read tells me to Love and admonish. You're telling me and the whole world that your Bible tells you to do the things you are doing to me, but they are not to me they are to the One that has forgiven you, what is the second great commandment? I really don't like to keep reminding you of what is written, but you leave me no choice other than to give you what you are asking for. The Jehovahs witness' want their "A" and they can have it, you want be an accuser and a judge and you also can have it. It is your choice to be how you want to be, that is called freewill. Your direct attacks do not hurt me they only hurt yourself and I am sorry you don't get it. You have said you are the son of a pastor, from you Iesous would expect more and so do I. In Love I expose my heart to you, take it or leave it. If you leave it, fine, but stop hurting yourself, PLEASE! Peace, in Faith and Hope, Casiv |
