21 | Is 'once saved always saved correct? | John 6:37 | LampLight | 31471
Hank: I don't know how to say this, so I will come right out and say it. You are being very rude and missing the whole point here. God Loves Dunces TOO!! There is only one Great Teacher and that was Christ himself. I don't care how many seimars you have taught, etc, etc, if you don't have it in your heart, you don't have it at all......I am not intending to offend anyone here, but you have offended me twice now and I am new to this forum, please refrain at least from me.
22 | Be ye of the same yoke | 1 Corinthians | LampLight | 31325
Corinthians 7:1-7:40 will guide you on the Marriage relationship according to Gods word. Per the Kings James Verision: 7:14 does address your concern: For the unbeliving Husband is santified by the Wife, and the unbelieving wife is santified by the husband: else were your children unclean; but now are holy. Where the confusion comes in is by this statement. This pretains to both partners that are 1st married as non-believers and then one becomes saved, the other is then saved by the belief of that partner. We are warned not the keep close company with non-believers least our spitits be changed or weakened. If you are a Christian, you should really seek after Gods true desire for you which is eternal happiness and there is a much greater chance of success for that by Marrying another believer so that the two of you are of the same spirit. Gods word states that the Man is the head of the household, and by being so is primarially responible for teaching his Children Gods word as well as maintianing a Good, Close spiritual relationship with Christ that reflects in the home. |

23 | fall upward? | 1 Tim 4:1 | LampLight | 33294
Hello Robert: You are right and true in what you have said and you have a wonderful way of sticking to the facts and supporting them. The parables that you referred to of the Wheat and the Tares is a good example (The Wicked and the Righteous-Through God's Mercy)will be side-by-side until the end. Another example that comes to mind is that the rain shall fall upon the Just and the unjust alike for God does take care of the basic needs of both (He is a fair God). However, in the end, what you store your treasure up to be, shall be your just rewards. The question is where are your treasures? In Man and things, or of God and His Everlasting promises to those who truely Love and accept him, knowing the true depth of all that he has done for us. You are right, he does not take back his promises to us. That is why he sent his Son in our place...so that we may be able to stand before our Heavenly Father, who knows all of our shortcomings and has indeed overcome the world for us. No matter how far the fall, becasue yes we all do fall (weather we be at the top of that ladder, or only on the botton step)there is no place that God cannot reach us. In the latter days, even the elect can be easily fooled, we have been warned of this and so much more. That is when we need to turn to our true source (His word)..his living Word (called that for a very good reason) it brings us life, wisdom, courage, strength and most important of all the absolute truth. We also have the Holy Spirit to guide us on the truth. That was Christ's promise. That he shall go away, but we will not be left alone (To us he leaves the comforter) to dwell in us and be our constant guide. I seek great comfort in this and have personally seen the Holy Spirit at work in my life. I too am secure in him. Peace unto you.

Read some of Revelations. It is hard to understand, but it does acknowledge that he indeed was at one time a Angel in heaven, who was indeed cast down becasue he felt that he should be worthy of being worshiped above God. Also read some of the new testament.
