1 | Should I resign from the Forum? | Bible general Archive 1 | Colin Chapman | 66297
Greetings, mommpabs, in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I joined the Forum only this week, and this is my first posting. I have read the posting and discussion thread, and I would encourage you to continue to contribute here, and not be discouraged by negative comment and personal critisism that is not appropriate between brothers and sisters in Christ! I would enjoin rabbi mark to learn from the Word of God, and only speak when it is beneficial for all readers and students of scripture. Rom 2.1 speaks of those who judge others condemning themselves, and, if we are the recipients of the Grace of God, surely our conversations should also be full of Grace. |

2 | John used the Book of Enoch? | 2 Tim 3:16 | Colin Chapman | 67126
There are several commenaries online - try www.solagroup.org as a starting point. There are a number of links to sites with similar theological positions with respect to the millenium, but if this is not an issue for you then the sources should be helpful. Yours in Christ, Colin |

3 | who said not to add unto the word ? | Rev 22:18 | Colin Chapman | 66621
Greeting, CMOORE, in the Saviour's name. The only reference I can recollect is Rev 22:18-19, where John talks of the perils awaiting those who dare to add or subtract from God's inspired Word. I believe there is one other reference, but I'm at my office desk right now - my study books are at home. Hope this is helpful. Yours in Christ, Colin |

Continuation of last posting. Deut 4:2 also refers - "Do not add to what I command you and do not subtract from it, but keep the commands of the LORD your God I give you." NIV Every blessing, Colin |
