Thanks Hank. Your note is well taken and appreciated. Dogmatic though? I beg to differ. Per Mr. W 1 : positiveness in assertion of opinion especially when unwarranted or arrogant (I strive to, and believe I have, for the greatest part avoided opinion, unless otherwise noted and commented that I can find no biblical foundation for my assertions. Unwarranted? Perhaps, I may on occasion allow a bit too much salt in the stew. Arrogant? If The Word is arrogant, then I admit my guilt.) 2 : a viewpoint or system of ideas based on insufficiently examined premises. (I challenge and even request this definition be proven on a post by myself.) I know it is all in the eye of the beholder. But Black is black. White is white, right is right, and wrong is wrong BUT, the Word IS THE word. There is NO gray area therein You are one hundred percent correct in your presumption. I am sure that I have some rough and abrasive edges, however, life has taught me that the Word is generally abrasive to those who insist on continuing in their ignorance and blindness I understand what you are saying. I applaud your statement and will ponder thereon for quiet some time to come. Thanks for your time, Hank. And… if I continue my input to this forum, I would like to hear your thoughts in about a year, concerning this matter once again Brothers in our Lord George |

Thank you, George, for your thoughtful response. I'll be happy to weigh in again, as you requested, but at my age we'd better reduce the time frame from a year to six months :-) Grace to you, George. --Hank | ||||||
