Steve, While I await publication of the St. Ignatius Study Bible, I wish I could find an RSV w/Apocrypha, cross references and a decent font size. Catholic publishers don't give you a whole lot of choice. Maybe Catholics ain't reading anough bible to warrant the kind of variety found in Protestant bible publication. Colin |

Colin, I knowq what you mean. The Catholic market in this country is only 25 percent of all Christians compared to 75 percent of the market for Protestant publishers. That may have something to do with it. And you are correct about Bible reading in the sense that catholics tend to be more sacrament focused and absorb most of their scripture at Mass rather than private reading, although that is slowly changing.
