1 | Did Jesus actually go to Hell? | NT general Archive 1 | WalkingTalkingBible | 117863
A lot of things Jesus did to "fulfill all righteousness." For example, when He was baptized (Matthew 3:13-15), He didn't have to be baptized, but if we are to do all that He does, He was baptized as an example of what we are supposed to do. Remember also, He was every bit human as He was God. Knowing also, that before his death, all who died went to hell, that prison we talked about earlier, so He commended His spirit (not the Holy Spirit) into God's control.

3 | Did He have control of the Holy Spirit? | NT general Archive 1 | WalkingTalkingBible | 117867
1 John 5:7 says, "For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one." The Father (Creator), the Son (Word), and the Holy Ghost (Spirit) are three manifestations of God. The Holy Spirit is Who dwells all believers in this dispensation. Remember when Jesus said in John 15:4, "Abide in Me and I in you?" John 16:7, He says if He doesn't go away, then the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost (John 14:26) will not come. He is all in One.
