2 | Will we go thru the tribulation | Rev 3:10 | Makarios | 24898
Greetings Shell! Revelation 3:10 indicates that believers will be kept from the actual hour of testing that is coming on the whole world.. Now, this question and how anyone answers your question will ultimately depend on a person's individual interpretation of eschatology. I believe that: Yes, Christians will go through the Tribulation (Matt. 24:29-35, Rev. 7:14), but will be raptured in the middle of it (1 Thess. 4:17). But the worst part of the Tribulation (God's wrath) will be saved for those who do not believe (Matthew 24:21). In result, my view (that I believe is thoroughly supported by Scripture), can be described as a "mid-tribulation" view or even a "pre-wrath" point of view. Blessings to you, Nolan |

Greetings Nolan! My question to you is if Rev 3:10 states that He "will keep you from the hour of testing" how can we be here during the hour of testing? How can He keep you from it but put you through it at the same time? prayon
4 | Will we go thru the tribulation | Rev 3:10 | Makarios | 24979
Greetings prayon! Just what exactly is "the hour of testing"? Does it mean the 'whole Tribulation'? Or is "the hour of testing" referring to God's wrath on the whole world? I believe that we will definitely be spared from God's wrath. However, I do not believe that Rev. 3:10 is stating that Christians will be exempt from the beginning of the Tribulation. Blessings to you, Nolan |
