John Reformed, Thank you for your reply. Truth as I know is Jesus not the scripture (though they were inspired, but if scripture is the truth then why the multitude of conflicting interpretations?) and then I read the Bible origin that they were compiled or put together by the Catholic Bishops in 393A.D. and the Vulgate is the first bible, I thought it was the KJV (which is on it's 3rd revisions) It's true that all of us were given a holy spirit but it's not guarantee, since in some verses Jesus spoke to the apostles and some verses it sounded like Jesus is talking only to Peter (whose name occurs 195, more times than the other Apostles put together) and if this is true that we have the guarantee of the Holy Spirit then why the confusion of multitude of denominations all pointing to the bible but none of them agree what the Bible says. HOW CAN YOU JUSTIFY THIS? Do you honestly believed that the end result God will fix these chaos. I wonder which denominations will be discarded to fire? I personally disagree on your theory that God seems to be imperfect. |

"Truth as I know is Jesus not the scripture" John 1:1 "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." One CANNOT seperate Jesus and Scripture. John said in John 1:14 "And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us,". (though they were inspired, but if scripture is the truth then why the multitude of conflicting interpretations?" My only answer is that we all have a long way to go before we are free from our sin natures. It is the remnant of our "old man" that hampers our ability to understand perfectly God's Word. No the King James was not the first Bible. I don't know of anyone that has made such a claim. "I personally disagree on your theory that God seems to be imperfect." Please re-read my post, I made no such claim. God is perfect and anyone saying otherwise is a fool as well as a heretic. John Reformed |
