Hi, write2... Private property is affirmed in Scripture in a number of passages. A couple of examples: There is the place that Christ, in a parable says, " Is it not lawful for me to do what I will with mine own?" (Matthew 15:20) This is further affirmed by Peter in his statement to Ananias, in reference to his property and money, "Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power?"
