Scripture ... Jhn 4:22, 15:1ff, Rom 11:11-24 ... Emmaus, greetings ... This is about the Gentiles being grafted into the Jewish tree, whose root is Abraham and the patriarchs (Jhn 4:22). Rhiza is the word for root and klados is the word for branches (referring to the Jews) in Rom 11:17. Agrielaios is the word for wild olive ... In John 15, He is the Vine (Ampelos) amd klema is the word for branch(es). The latter is from klao, which means to break. It is the same root for klados.
