1 | Evangelism in Prisons? | Matt 28:19 | Tamara Brewington | 205832 | ||
Dear Forum members, Evangelism is a Biblical concept. When I tried to post before the book of the Bible I choose for a reference did not remain when I finaly hit "submit". The Forum says this; Postings must be Biblically based and not opposing the Bible's sole authority (sola Scriptura), Christianity, or the deity of Jesus Christ. Whenever possible, postings should include supporting Bible references. Please note that it says Biblicaly based not scripturaly based please... And to include a scripture where possible. Does any body know what Christians are allowed to present in prisons? Are they allowed to preach the gospel, is there a restriction not to proselityze openly or something? Evangelizing is Biblical... I have a reason for this, but it is not whether or not I plan to do prison evangelism. God Bless Tam |

Tamera, the proper procedure would be to telephone the prison you want to go to. Ask them what their standard operating procedure is for this type of ministry. Then go from there. Prov 29:9 When a wise man has a controversy with a foolish man, The foolish man either rages or laughs, and there is no rest. |
