I don't understand why verses 24-26 are here in this chapter? When reading it, the chapter seems broken up by these verses also can anyone explane them? | ||||||

The reason this happened was because Moses sinned by not circumcising his son. Whether he forgot or whatever the reason, doesn't matter. Now Zipporah knew what was wrong and promptly did the circumcision. She was either angry with Moses for not doing it before or angry because she didn't like that particular covenant or both. When we find sin in our lives, we must be just as prompt in getting rid of it as Zipporah was and keep favor in the eyes of our Lord. Barry |
