ebrain, thank you for the quick response to this question. I understand about Moses being placed in the cleft of the rock, but what about Enoch, and Noah? Genesis 5:22-24 says, "And Enoch walked with God after he begat Methuselah three hundred years, and begat sons and daughters; And all the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty and five years: And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him. Genesis 6:9 says "These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God. The reason I ask this is due to a discussion in Sunday School. I personally believe that God somehow manifested himself (not His full glory)so that He could become visible to man. Once again, thank you and God Bless! 1RENFRO |

Amen, and thank you. In the New Testament it is easily understood how God manifested himself, through Jesus. Today we walk with the Lord because He has given us His Spirit and Praise God for that. I suspect this is similar to what happened in the Old Testament. Thank you and God Bless! |
