2 | Why did Moses write about his death? | Deuteronomy | EdB | 98023 | ||
Pw2003 It was done to bring an end to Moses, Israel came very close to worshipping Moses and if his end was not recorded possibly many myths and legends would have been generated. Also Moses wrote of his death as an example to us showing the consequences of not following God's direction in our lives. I think lastly it was to bring reality of death into focus, we all are going to die where we spend eternity is the important question. EdB |
