You don't see how the World under the power of the evil one apply to the exceptence of the bible as proof of anything in the eyes of the Law. God have not yet but everthing under his feet, yet. But he will. He will put down all Governments and Laws of men. And he will Rule. |

Punkiedo gave the answer. May I add 2Peter 3:3-9, "Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, and saying, Where is the promise of his coming? all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation. For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the work of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water: Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished: But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is to the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. (KJV)
83 | jcsav, are there candlesticks today? | Rev 2:1 | jcsav | 146963
Searcher, read Rev.1:19,"Write therefore the things you see, what they are (and signify) and what is to take place hereafter." Notice the words "are" and "hereafter". This is not only speaking of past (what they are) but also future (hereafter). This do not mean that there are any additional golden candlesticks. But that the seven churches represented. Contain the same Spirit(s) of error that exist in the True Churches of today. The message is the same today as then. Also take notice in verse 22. "He that is able to hear, let him listen to and heed what the (Holy) Spirit says to the assemblies (churches). Thanks, for the change of thread. We needed it. jcsav |

Rev. 21:8 "But as for the cowards and the ignoble and the contemptible and the cravenly lacking in courage and the cowardly submissive. and as for the unbelieving and faithless............" (Amplified) The fearful is listed first not afterwards. It is as I have said Listed along with the unbelievers. The Scripture shows it is not talking about "unbelievers" only. |

89 | jcsav, Are the disciples excluded? | Rev 21:8 | jcsav | 143215
The only disciple that we see that was deilos as revalation meant the word was Peter. The closest word I can find in English mean "cowardly." OR not willing to risk ones Life. All fear is not cowardly. And as you see the Lord forgave him. Also, you see Peter being one of, if not the first one, After they had received the Holy Ghost (Spirit) to preach the Gospel with boldness. The disciples did not die "deilos" or cowardly.
