122 | who created satan? other names for him.. | Bible general Archive 2 | TheFinalSQL | 107314
God created satan. God created everything. Read Eze 28:11-19. 15 tells us God created him: Eze 28:15 Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee. Satan has been since the beginning: John 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. Some names, titles, descriptions for satan: Serpent - Genesis 3:1 Anointed cherub that covereth - Ezekiel 28:14 Lucifer, son of the morning - Isaiah 14:12 Dragon, old serpent, Devil - Revelations 20:10 Leviathan - Job 41:1 Praise the Lord! 123 | when will jesus christ return | Bible general Archive 2 | TheFinalSQL | 107312
1Co 15:52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 1Thess 4:13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. 14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. 15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. 16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words. 1Thess 5:2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. 125 | Christ and war | Is 9:6 | TheFinalSQL | 107097
Whether we support the war or do not is irrelevant: Mt 24:6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. Praise the Lord! Norm |

Ezekiel and John. Eze 3:1 Moreover he said unto me, Son of man, eat that thou findest; eat this roll, and go speak unto the house of Israel. Re 10:9 And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take it, and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey. Praise the Lord! Norm |

127 | Christmas | Jer 10:1 | TheFinalSQL | 106936
Jer 10:1 ΒΆ Hear ye the word which the LORD speaketh unto you, O house of Israel: 2 Thus saith the LORD, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them. 3 For the customs of the people are vain: for one cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the axe. 4 They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not. 5 They are upright as the palm tree, but speak not: they must needs be borne, because they cannot go. Be not afraid of them; for they cannot do evil, neither also is it in them to do good. Christmas is heavily steeped in Pagan/heathen traditions. Communion is what Jesus told us to do to remember him, not Christmas. Lu 22:19 And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me. 20 Likewise also the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood, which is shed for you. Thank you Jesus! Norm |

The name it refers to is LORD. 130 | deut 15:1 | Bible general Archive 2 | TheFinalSQL | 103775
Currently, it is impossible to know, because the calendaring system used by the Hebrews in the Old Testament is unknown. There are a few month names mentioned. i.e. Ex 13:4 On this day in the month of Abib, you are about to go forth. By the time of the New Testament the Babylonians/Greeks had much influence on the calendar, thus the Old Testament Hebrew calendar is lost. Here is a good site for info about calendars in the Bible: http://www.bible-history.com/jewishyear/jewishyear_nelson_s_illustrated_bible_dictionary.html Norm |

131 | Explain the Holy Trinity-verysimple form | Numbers | TheFinalSQL | 103771
Jesus that raised from the dead was not the same Jesus that died. Once you understand this it becomes easier to see who Jesus really is. What makes us alive? Two things, Blood and Spirit: Lev 17:11 For the life of the flesh is in the blood... James 2:26 For just as the body without the spirit is dead... On the cross Jesus gave up the Spirit: John 19:30 Therefore when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, "It is finished!" And He bowed His head and gave up His spirit. The blood of Jesus was spilled: John 10:34 But one of the soldiers pierced His side with a spear, and immediately blood and water came out. The body of Jesus was raised on the third day. There is no blood in that body. What raised the body of Jesus? God Almighty raised him. Acts 2:36 Therefore let all the house of Israel know for certain that God has made Him both Lord and Christ--this Jesus whom you crucified." Phil 2:9 For this reason also, God highly exalted Him, and bestowed on Him the name which is above every name, That name he gave him is LORD: Isaiah 42:8 I am the LORD, that is My name; I will not give My glory to another, Nor My praise to graven images. John 17:5 "Now, Father, glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had with You before the world was. Matthew has a very good example showing the difference between Jesus before the cross and after the cross, whether or not he will be with us. Before the cross: Mt 26:11 For you always have the poor with you; but you do not always have Me. After the cross: Mt 28:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen. I'll end with this scripture: Rev 1:8 "I am the Alpha and the Omega," says the Lord God, "who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty." Check your NASB, written in red, words of Jesus, calling himself the Almighty. God never "was". God is a Spirit, God can not die, but Jesus died, he "was" Jesus is the LORD God Almighty Jesus Only!
