None. There is no such Scripture. The thing is, no matter how many proofs you can get that the sabbath is the holy day, part of the Ten Commandments, the people who want to be blind will keep being blind, no matter what you say. I have read all of this stuff about the sabbath. I am a Sabbath keeper. I don't keep all the commandments as well as i should, including the sabbath, because i am a sinner, that's why Christ died for me, just cause i don't keep those commandments, so i try to focus more on the two new commandments, Love your God with all your soul, your mind and your heart, and your neighbor as yourself, all the rest it will come by itself. But there is something that i consider a sin, and that is try to change what God has said, and he said: KEEP THE SABBATH, THE SEVENTH-DAY OF THE WEEK!!! someone said something, like, "well,do you keep the other commandments"? I already answered, WE CAN'T KEEP ALL THE COMMANDMENTS WORD BY WORD. Cause we are sinners, that is why Jesus died... But we shouldn't try to say that just cause we can't keep the Sabbath, we shouldn't keep it. It's like i'm saying, just cause i can't keep myself from lying, then i should go ahead and lie. If i break one i break them all, and that's where grace comes into the play, but let's not play God, cause he's not someone to be played. Let's not ignore the sabbath or try to excuse oursef from keeping it. You can come up with thousand things to silence your heart. But deep down, you can see that God didn't make the Sabbath part of his commandments for nothing. It's just funny how people fight over this...It's so clear, so simple. Plus, what's the problem with the whole sabbath thing? You don't wanna go against your institutions or your religions? Well, you should probably remember what happened to Jesus, for following the truth... and also that a servant won't be greater than his/her master. My Jesus kept the sabbath, and so will i, even though i might not get it right all the time, the same as with all the other commandments...But i will love him, first of all, and listen to his voice, eveything else will come along... | ||||||
