Raven: I just re read your note. You are lucky raven season is not open. I thought the other day you said you were going to be nicer? Personally I think you need your wings clipped, and tail feathers plucked. Are you so numb to the real world. Have you ever seen a child carry a gernade and blow up anyone? Don't tell me kids dont know what death is! Perhaps you have lived such a sheltered life, and do not know what it is to see how evil this world is and how quickly it comes naturally to children. Let me say it very clear you do not have a clue on some of what you speak! You got me real worked up so I will sign off before I get kicked off. Think before you type next time! Please! justme |

Joe: I am very impresses with your well presented information. I most soildly affirm your statement that it is grace through faith alone in Christ alone. I brought up that question simply so some might think toeir understanding of baptismal regeneration has a flaw that it takes some real study and thought to make a change in thinking baptism is what seals salvation. I strongly believe in eternal Security as long as it is not used for fire insurance. Understand? agape, justme |

Hey Searcher: I suppose everything has been discussed many times. I wonder how Seminary Professors keep teaching for so many years. I am sure they have heard it over, and over, and over, and over, and over.....I think you got the idea. The thing in a forum some areas are good to rehash as it brings in new members and they can lear from participating. That's what is most important. By the way I have eaten crow several times in my life, I wonder about stuffed baked raven? Thats a joke! agape, justme |

New Lump: Oh thank heaven for someone to agree with that a 10 year old boy does know its not nice to have sex with a 13 year old girl. I suppose we could raise the age of accountability to 57 and I would home free? Bless you I was feeling rather picked on. Get the pun? agape, justme |

I have not understood who gets this when I answer with a note, so this is ment for Treadway; Surely you are not suggesting Cor.7:14 to say that if either partner in marriage is unsaved, the believer somehow alots the unbeliever salvation by some sort of connection in marrage? Are you? Because I have a different understanding on that verse if that's what you are saying. By the way what does ESV stand for I do not recall that one. agape, justme |

Dare Searcher. You already sent me this once dear friend. However, I can not resist, jabbing one more time for good measure, right old mate! IT REALLY IS HANEGRAAFF. Be a good sport and give it a good laugh as I am hardly able to keep from choking. agape, justme |

1468 | OT verses in Revelation? | Revelation | justme | 51296
Oh Kind Searcher: As I look at my copy of CHRISTANITY IN CRISIS at this very second, may I humbly, and as an old pain in the neck that I am, correct your misspelling of the dear Dr.s lastname it is Hanegraaff, But to assure that HARVEST HOUSE PUBLISHERS did not misspell our brother in Christ last name I looked in the title page. But for sure it is spelled Hanegaaff. I did want to make sure beyond a shadow of a doubt, sounds almost biblical, I checked the Libary of Congress Catalogue-in- Publication Data. That read as Hanegraaff, Hank. I am aware that at times I spell like I failed the third grade, which indeed I did. So please forgive my true mistakes. However, names I really try extra hard to spell right. So maybe by the time I turn 75 I will have the spelling vocabulary of a sixth grader. agape, justme |

Dear Raven: I think being a Christian is proberly where more people classified as Christian, and they are but there are many beliefs that are so direct opposite. I say this to confirm we both are Christians and both have some basic christian teachings, but we have some very different perspectives. As assured there is, No once saved always saved, I would say oh yes that is! One of the basic planks of our faith is the holy Spirit seals us. But that is not significant enough to stop fellowship or caqll someone a non believer.I can assure there are many who as a tender child were aware they needed Jesus as their Saviour. Jesus said unless you come as a little child. My marriage partner was five, and grew as a baby in christ just as we all must. Scripture referes to satrting out on the sinscer milk of the Word. I have been with children most of life. In fact contrary to my grandchildrens thoughts, I once was one. I remember very clearly what was wrong or right. Any young girl or boy knows not to show or touch someone eleses privates. That is taught in public schools in Kindregarden! So please let me assure you God has given children a sence of wright and wrong. And yes right and wrong is taught as well as instinctive. I doubt the age of innocense may be some what different form child to child but by 10 I wold say that streches it pretty far. I think we are both very secure in our beliefs to defend then with scripture that could fill a hard drive. What is more important is how has Jesus changed us so everone can see Christ love in our attitude with others and with each other. Right? agape, justme |

Raven: Now we have had four children and five grandchildren. Are you trying to tell me a four year old does not know right from wrong? And if a ten year old can shoot a teacher then re think what you have said. AT A PREGNANCY CENTER WE HAVE HAD AN 11 YEAR OLF FATHER A CHILD! I think children are not children as long as they once were. How about the gangs? Do you have any doubt a 7 yeal old could pull a triger and shoot you dead! Oh yes, Raven, they could pluck you feathers real quick. Pun intended, not scarcasim, ok? agape, justme |

1472 | What about repentence though? | Gen 15:6 | justme | 51062
Making Christ Lord, and repentance are two sodes of the same coin. Then toss it in the fountian and you have baptism. If there were a three sided coin that would be it. ahape, justme |

Dear Jesusman: May I suggest you purchase a good NASB STUDY BIBLE. it is published by ZONDERVAN. May I also suggest that when you buy any Bible you get it ib genuine leather. The bindings are much better and usually have a life time unconditional guarantee against defects. With prober care they will last your life time. Bonded leather is like cardboard, Scraps of leather are grund up and glue is added and pressed out and formed and died to look like leather. In a shorther period of time the cover begins to chip and break appart. The NASB Genuine leather Study Bible runs about seventy dollars versa fifty for bounded leather. The Study bible notes are up to date and you will find the answere to questions you just asked in full detail. Then you too can anwers questions as well. As the brief answer said it was Luke. We can see this in several ways. The writing style, references from the book of Acrs lead us to the conclusion the author was Luke. Date of writing AD63 to AD70. Luke was a very through author and the facts were impecable truth. Hople this helps, it was more than you asked for. agape, justme |

1477 | Heaven or Hell, where is Judas? | NT general Archive 1 | justme | 50895
Dear Johnny: May I carefully and respectfull disagree with you. As Christians we do not have destiny. there is no scripyial evidence to support that what soever. Jusus refered to Judas a the son of perdition, and said all were saved except one, Judas. It is imperative that you and I care where people who die are aand go. If it is not our concern than we have cut the heart out of evangelism. It must be our concern or why bother to tell others of Christ. We can call it as it was Judas was by his choice, and self will died and went into eternal punishment. That is a scary point and people still reject Christ. They too will be sent to their eternal abode, hell. agape, justme |

I had used the KJV as a child and teenager. I learned a lot od memory verses in KJV. Then I started using the NIV. Then when We became members of North Phoenix Baptist Church, Pastor Richard Jackson used the NASB Open Bible. Two years ago I got the Updated NASB. I really like it. I wish it was in the Open Bible again. I quess that has beed let go. My Pastor uses the NKJV and the Updated NASB reads very close. The NIV is very hard to follow along when Our pastor reads. When I study some times I have 6 or 7 seven versions out. So many versions and yet so many people don't read the Bible. Is America so blessed that so much is taken for granted? We help Wycliff translations and New Tribes Missions in translation support. Hard to believe some people do not even have John 3:16 in their native language! My memory is hard to get it to mmemorize as I woce did. But I can recall most of where verses are found, I never totally forget. I remember when I was a child on Sundays getting little pins we attached to a bigger pin as we were able to quote more verses. Life was easier to get children to learn then. Not like all the electronic games we have today. I hear a lot say that no one has the time, or interest anymore. I find a lot of comfort and encouragement in the Word. I wish I lived up to the Word better than I do. Psalm is one of my favorite chapters in the OT. agape, justme |
