101 | Believing in Faith | Heb 11:1 | NightJay0044 | 160651
Hi, okay, I've been thinking abou this all day, and it's about Faith. I want to see if people can understand where I'm coming from, or correct me if I'm wrong. But as I'm understanding that faith is something that "YOU" believe in right? Not something your friend believes in that you want to believe, just because your friend does. Faith requires "YOUR" belief not anything else, is that correct? So that is why others can't save you, only you can be saved if you believe in Jesus Christ. Because everybody is a sinner and they cannot save you, no matter how much we might not want to hear that truth, but it's only through us and Jesus we can be saved with our belief. If someone could converse that with me in there own opinion and belief, and please don't post any like biblical passages, unless it has to do with faith and what it means. So I just kind of want your belief in this matter. Thanks for your time. Jason |

102 | Kissing | James | NightJay0044 | 160592

103 | Pointing out failures | Matthew | NightJay0044 | 160535
Hi, when I'm teaching someone to drive, instead of point out all the faults they do or the things they do wrong, do you think it would be wiser to say, what do you think would of been right to do in that situation? My questions comes from the thought of passsage, Matthew 7, where it talks about behaviour. Is that something better to say instead of saying "well, you did this wrong" or "You did that wrong?" |

Hi, you say "getting them some real help." You mean by calling an auto repair place or what do you mean? My only concern with that would be would they get there before he is gone or not, would you have to pay for it? Otherwise if you can't get them proffessional help should you just say a pray for them to God and tell God that your feeling guilty and send a prayer to them to help them?
108 | Right and wrong | NT general Archive 1 | NightJay0044 | 160455
My question has to do with right and wrong. By what does God say, what are you sapose to do if your driving somewhere and you have time to stop, and you see a car on the side of the road (that is not running properly) and it's kind of cold outside, or maybe during the summer, whenever the time of day or year it is, and you drive by and you know you have time to help him. what are you sapose to do even considering all the dangerous factors that could be involved that you might be worried about that would prevent you from stopping?

Hi, doesn't God tell us that if he can trust us with the very small things in life, he can trust us with the bigger things in life? (and of course if it's right through God's eyes)

113 | Living Life | Bible general Archive 3 | NightJay0044 | 160219
Hi, I have a question for someone. Didn't God plan everyday of our lives, or plan our lives? If so, then if a person were to follow his plan then you would have a great life with Christ and God because we also have free will and God probably took into account our free will and making our own choices. Is that anyway that God planned our lives? |

115 | Knowing God | John 15:16 | NightJay0044 | 160151
Before I ask, just want people to know this is my own thinking that made me look at it in a different way and felt good. I thought about that God has a plan for each and every one of our lives. He planned each of our days and we were in his care before we were born. In the book "purpose drive life by:Rick Warren" he talks about how we need to accept our selves, and we are not an accident and it's not about us. My new way of thought came in as: well God may have a plan for each and every one of our lives, but he also took into account for human error. So I think this means, that if we choose to go the route of God with our own free will our life wont be anything but love and blessing from our Lord Jesus and God. But if we choose to go our own way for whatever reason God already took account into that and that's where will end up. So my encouragement is that if we choose to go Gods way will will end up in his favor and will be blessed and will make it to heaven. Can anyone agree with me on that or have some understanding? Thanks. |

117 | Genesis Beginning | Genesis | NightJay0044 | 160076
Hi, In Genesis 3 it talks about the serpant, or the snake in the tree of knowledge and evil. Now my questions to ponder over is that: Why did God put those there? (just to simply test the women or man) Why did God say that they would be killed if they ate from the tree and they really weren't killed? Those are kind of a few basic questions I want to discuss with someone who answers. Thank you. |

120 | Faith | James 1:2 | NightJay0044 | 159952
Okay, I understand about not testing God, but how about testing your self, I mean in life in general? I don't really get faith. Faith is beleiving something that's not there right? Well how is it that, I try to tell my self I can do this or that, and ask my self can you see yourself doing that and I image it in my head and say I can, but nothing happens of what I expected. My question is, how does faith really work, they say you can move mountains with it, but has anybody ever moved a mountain with it or anything for that matter? Basically just how can I simply use faith for my self, not testing God but for me? |
