AMPLIFIED 2015 | Ephesians 4:1 So I, the prisoner for the Lord, appeal to you to live a life worthy of the calling to which you have been called [that is, to live a life that exhibits godly character, moral courage, personal integrity, and mature behavior--a life that expresses gratitude to God for your salvation], |
Subject: Is this river here or in heaven? |
Bible Note: Searcher, the rivers of Psalm 46:4 and Rev.22:1 do no more claim to be the "river of no return" than any other river mentioned in the Bible. You seemed to indicate that my answer to Jules' question was wrong and it was not. Your answer requires one to reach far out on the interpretive limb. But thanks for seeing it my way about the movie and the observation that Eph. 4:1 does't have much to say about rivers. I'd mildly suggest that it is an idea worth considering to be sure one is right before calling someone else wrong. Keep searching, Searcher. --Hank |
