Bible Question (short): please explain Gen 15v1 |
Question (full): What's the right translation for this? In my version it says God is Abram's reward. In NASB it says Abram's reward will be great. Also it seems what's on Abram's mind is his promised heir (v2). So is it about God reiterating His promise? Why? Anyone know any good commentaries on this verse? either their own or published ones. I'm hungry to grasp it's meaning. Thanks. |
